Reminded me of a long time buddy that now owns a Snap On truck.

Time for a reunion.

My biggest concern are the hard lines from axle to caliper, since they're already in bad shape. Can't figure our why they'd have been touched before, which concerns.

My goal for today is to get the 3 frame to axle lines on, so I can get the coils/arms on and measure for shocks. We'll see how it goes.

Have a small pocket torch that may be easier to heat the smaller area, but concerned about heating any brake lines, due to inexperience.

Almost done. Ran out of fluid with front DS to go.

I did allow the reservoir to go too low. Not sure what's in store for, yet. Not building pressure.

Anyhow, not crazy about the routing on these.

The rears rub slightly, and no way to twist to allow clearing.






The rear line appears closer to the exhaust in the pic, but it's cause for concern, even in reality.





Once lifted, maybe it'll increase the distance between.

Front went fine....I think.






I've read several threads on blessing the master cylinder installed by hacking up the rear end. Truth to?

Scrubbed a thumb to type this much while awaiting the wife's delivery of more brake fluid, so can't search anything.

Installed the seat extenders and everything was working fine (PS seat had parts on the way).

Bolted down and the DS seat moves no more.

Disappointing, to say the least, considering I've looked forward to the extra 2", all day.

All ready to go, save tie rod and drag link, but have endured a learning curve working on an older vehicle that's forced delays.

Hopefully will get the latter part of this week and through the weekend. She's been soaking in PB Blaster for awhile, so hoping it'll go easier than the other projects, but preparing for a battle.

Corrected one issue on the seat. I confused the right and left front feet on reassembly, but even after swapping, something's bound up and it doesn't move.

Good thing is it's stuck with the extra 2", and what a difference that makes.

Hoping they perform as intended. Will be a little short on travel, since running a temp shock, but anxious to see the full flex once the finals are on.
Maiden run slated for the 28th. Lots to do before.

I'll say this about the SE's. I won't be overly concerned about rubbing them on the rocks. They're solid.

It's taller than I'd imagined and the size is taking a little getting used to. Hoping it's not tippy in the bush, my only concern at this point.

After minor modifications to the garage opener, I grease the roof and still get in the door.

Fit's perfectly! That's exactly what mine was like prior to adding the 4x4labs bumper on the rear. Nice work on the leather, that's one of my favorite mods.
