Hey guys, recently had a lift put on with 144VT’s and 145VT coils and king 2.5” shocks. Got the delta 5L arms and metal tech upper rear control arms to fix my pinion angle. Sway bar drop in the front and waiting for the bracket in the back. Shop calls and tells me that the drivers side is sitting lower about 1.5”. I told Them they probably swapped the coils and to switch them. There is still about 1.5” lean to the drivers side. From my understanding one coil should be slightly longer and when i asked Them they told me they where the same. I do Have a full size spare on my drivers side and I’m wondering if that combined with everything else on the DS is really bringing it down that much?

Try moving the spare over to the passenger side and see what happens. I had Dobbies that leaned and I was advised that that's just how the 80 series do.

Took the spare tire out and a little bit but not a lot of change. Still about an 1” off. Wonder if the sway bar bracket is bound up…

Whenever you lift a vehicle, or make any changes to the ride height, it's always a good idea to go around to every rubber bushing in the suspension and loosen then retighten the bolt with the weight of the truck on the wheels and the truck parked on level ground. You don't have to do the four bushings under the front axle, though. This allows the bushings to relax when the truck is sitting level and may help your problem some.

Almost guaranteed the springs are on the wrong sides. Mine had the same lean when I bought it (Ironmans). I upgraded to heavier-spec Ironmans. They came with a slip of paper that said "some markets" may have L and R marked backwards - "some markets" being all LHD nations. 
You should be able to find the L/R markings and confirm, but I'd be shocked if this isn't your issue, too.

Check. You wouldn't be the first customer a shop lied to rather than deal with the PITA of correcting their mistake.

While under there i also noticed that the radius arm bolts are backwards. Will not be using that shop again.
Post pic but does not matter. I purposely put the upper rear link frame bolts back wards so you can get it back out without fighting it. In stock setup it hits on the lspv when you try get it out. But yea kinda sounds like no attention to detail

Good shops are way too hard to find.
Did they reuse your bolts as well? Might be worth checking but on our bolts the head or the nut will have tangs on it to lock the said bolt head or nut. When installing or removing the suspension bolts you want to rotate the side that has a washer, the non washer bolt head or nut will have the tangs. Most people that don’t work these trucks don’t know. So if they stripped those off might want to check torque or buy some new ones as that is the locking feature.

Yes they did put them on wrong. But they should’ve known. It’s like the 2nd page on the delta installation for the long arms. They also did not re use and just grabbed some generic bolts. I shouldve Checked better before i left Their today but was in a rush…

Yeah that’s my last resort. And if i need To do that i will but i would Rather take them out and measure them and install correctly.
I had four inch flexi ones, do t remeber the model number but that how they were known, once I added a rear bumper with 37 spare on the pass side, had awful lean, took bout 1.5 spacer to get it close! Switched out to slee heavies which set the truck perfectly level and are side specific as well
