I finally completed my Slee 4" lift project. I took longer than I had hoped due to lack of time on my part, but overall I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to all of the help/imput from Slee, Landtank, etc. Here are some pics.

Looks great. Are you running 315's? I keep saying that I want to keep it low and then you guys keep putting up pictures of your Slee 4" lifts. Not fair, not fair at all.

Later,
Jack

What size MTRs are you running?

LOOKS saaaawweeett!

Awesome! looks great!

Are you running a stock driveshaft? or a CV? vibrations?

And what is the height of the cruiser...to the top of the body...just checking to see if mine is going to fit in my garage

thanks

I am currently using the stock driveshaft. I have noticed a slight vibration at slow speeds at take off, but other than that it seems smooth. I haven't had the time to check it out completely, it could possibly be coming from another area.

I don't have the overall height, but from the front center hub to the bottom of the fender flare is about 23 inches and the rear is about 24 3/4. I can fit it in my garage with about an inch to spare and I still have the factory roof rack.

Have you gotten a caster reading with the arms on it as opposed to the plates?

I haven't gotten a reading yet on the caster although I need to. I have some 30MM spacers for the front that I am still debating on wheter or not to use and the current caster readings may effect my decision.
Thanks,

Very cool, thats what I wanted to know. I think I'm going to go with christo's arms for caster correction. Seems to be working on 4" lifts!

I sure hope mine fits, I'm going with 315 Toyo's and took off the rack. We just got a new to us 97 in that paint scheme! LOVE IT!

Nicely done, not needing a DC Shaft for his arms really helps justify the extra cash for them. I'd suspect you'll be on the high side of caster but if it isn't vibrating the strong caster is the least of your problems.

Well done! Don't dem front control arms look sweet!!? :D

Cool to see more of the 4" coils/front control arm setups sans FR DC DS.

Put me down for that list as well. As Wilford brimley would say "it's the right thing to do"

HeavyD,
Please provide a detailed list of the pieces (front & rear) of your Slee 4".

Truck looks awesome! I have said it before and i'll say it again, i love that two tone color and was looking for that or the 40th sage, but gave up after a while and got a green one. That is my favorite color though.

Now i know something is up! That is what i'm measuring and i am supposed to have the medium springs?

Thanks for being the "guinea pig" Ty. I always prefered the control arms over the caster plates, but was a little hesitant to spend the extra money for them in case they didn't work. I will also mention that Ben & Christo at Slee bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted.

Here's the list -B-:

2 x SOF4FM Front Springs
2 x SOF4RM Rear Springs
2 x N73L Shocks
2 x N74L Shocks
SD24 Steering Damper
Slee Front Control Arms
F & R Sway Bar Drop Kits

F & R Panhard DIY adjusters
Rear DIY adjust. Rear Up. Contr. Arms (haven't installed yet)

I haven't regeared yet, but it isn't a daily driver so i'm not in any hurry.

BTW, before I bought this vehicle I saw yours on ROTW and really liked the color. Well the very next week, as luck would have it, I found one that color w/lockers.;)

Thanks for the list Darren. I really like what you've done with your truck.
