Is the first page accurate with the three existing openings, or has it not been updated yet? I might have to throw down $100 come payday and make the wife angry.
Yes and they will probably make 5 more than that if they did it like the 2nd buy, maybe more based on the interest and the test results
Believe me I'd love to do that, but my reasoning for going w/ DT is two fold. 1, they still need 3 more people to get the group buy going the third time around (in essence, I'm helping out 12 other mudders who are waiting for people to sign on for the third buy
). And 2, I'm rather broke at the current juncture and need some time for my second job to catch me up on the funds necessary for this.Good deal. I will begin the negotiations tomorrow.
just a quick question. for those that have installed headers, how much louder are they than stock man's? This is my wife's daily driver and she would not appreciate it any louder than as is. I would love it, but she wouldn't. Thanks in advance

I too have a set that I bought during the 2ndgroup buy. My plans for the truck has changed a bit. Will let them go for what I paid $605 + shipping cost ...email me if interested.

Please post any further 2nd hand ones up in the classifieds. Fuzz, wasn't pointing that at you, just that there's some available now. Good on you for working towards the group buy, either helps Mudders out.

The thought actually crossed my mind for a second...but alas, she actually said "uh....ok" when I asked her. Way too easy so I'm sure I'll have a fight on my hands later, but for now add me to the list. Come payday next week I'll plunk down my deposit.
I am interested in a set, but from what I've read, I thought the cost from the 2nd group buy was $560 + shipping. Did I read incorrectly? Doesn't seem to make sense paying more through reseller instead of dealing directly with manufacturer.

I was assured before I imported these, and proceeded to have the Cruiser opened that they would fit the VVT-i.
My set is brand new and ships from the Seattle area...if anybody is interested I can provide pictures...they are new in box.
At least in my case its $560 + tax 45.00
= $605. I'm 40 minutes from DT so he charged me tax. not sure if he charges tax outside the state. DT charged me an additional $20 for shipping. hope this clarifies - not out to make money. this was not even a "must sell" for me. another mudder from 2nd group buy was also selling for the same price as mine.anyways another mudder (FinallyGotOne!) bought mine and shipped it today.
