It seems the DT Headers ONLY fit Pre 2006 LC 100 series. See the second group buy thread for more information. But, if anyone does not want to wait, there are three sets of DT Headers NIB for sale from the second group buy. $560.00 +shipping.

I just left my Toyota dealer with a $2610 estimate to replace my leaking manifolds. They've been ticking pretty soundly for awhile, I just never got it looked at. With that said, I am seriously considering jumping in on this DT header group buy. Before I commit, I'm going to consult with my local mechanic for an installation quote. Hopefully it won't be too bad...
A good mechanic should be able to install these in 4 - 6 hours. As a shade tree mechanic I installed these myself in about 12 hours with hand tools. If I were to install these again I'm confident I could do this in 6 hours. The power gain is well worth the change. You definitely don't want to stay with Toyota manifolds.

I talked to Nick and he said for folks to contact him direct with their CC# and he will take a $100 deposit. Same process he used last time
On Carb Compliance. He said all the required paperwork has been submitted. He stated he is waiting on a government agency to approve and the wheels move slowly, but doesn't see it taking any longer than 6 months worst case

depends when we are full, he only does a limited run with a few extra above the group. I missed the last run by half a set
he thought he had a set, but only had one header left. Thats why I jumped on getting this going. He will only want $100 deposit to hold it and then it's several weeks at least until they are ready to ship and he bills you the balance
it took 2 months to get ours from the second buy
