I did fit the 34" x 10.5 BFG KO2s with the heavy duty 2.5" OME lift on my original chassis with no rub or spacers... though admittedly, the KO2s run a little small (33.5" or so)

My 60 used to live in Park City.
OME medium front springs are sagging a bit. I suspect that is why I get some rub with 33's. I'll call Kurt tomorrow and get some AAL's.

@Hank Smith , first off, welcome aboard this ship of fools :flipoff2:
if you have your sites set on 35"s, definitely study @SNLC 's build of his suspension. yes, it's a bit of work like he says, but the pics show the proof of performance.
oh, by the way, pics buddy, pics!!!!

@SNLC ,my google foo is suckin' $h!t. please point me towards your build. thanks in advance for your time

Cheers

think these are 44" but clearly there is a lift under there ;)

If you don’t want to do reverse shackle...

OME medium or heavy up front, extended shackle. Or use 75 series spring up front with 2” extended shackle. Rear springs medium or heavy with A designation on both sides. Stock shackle. Key item to note, i take front mud flaps off when wheeling.

I daily on 35s with h55 and stock 2F. Gets me through LA/SD traffic just fine. I love it, but could use more power some days.

No way i would put 35s on my 62 have 32s on it now i bought some 33 12.5 15s a couple years back never put them on decided that was to much tire just solf them to a customer that had some 33s that were in bad shape on his fj60.

Nice looking 60 Nate.

I have 35's and really like them. Its your choice @Hank Smith , your 62 and your option.
Been through all I want to do in a 60 with mine. I do wheel a little.

35's and some 4.56 3rd members.. lol.. 3rd members.. if it was a fifth member your shorts would fit like a glove. 😉

4" lift with shackle reversal and an add-a-leaf in the back. 35x12.5 15s, never done any hardcore wheeling in it, PO did though and they've rubbed the frame in the back. Some rubbing at full lock on the front as well but nothing that's ever bothered me much. 4.88s in the back and it does fine on flat ground, mountain passes are slow, but I've got nowhere fast to be :steer:

Here’s your 35’s, OME heavy front and rear, hell for stout long shackles, bilsteins.

yes it rubs some, but tolerable for this type of wheeling. Most wont wheel like this
