My 34s just barely hit the sway bar and KDSS arm at full lock before my relo kit. With enough offset it’s possible a small 35 like a KO2 might not make noticeable contact,

FWIW my 35x12.50s didn’t run small against stated size. Right at 34.5 at 40psi

285/75R18 BFGoodrich KO3's on 18x9.5 +0 Volk TE37XT's. Dobinsons ~3" lift with tubular fixed caster UCA's and diff drop, Timbren Active Offroad Bumpstops, and Dr. KDSS BOTCK. A healthy amount of massaging, trimming, chopping as well. Slightly kisses the sway bar at full lock, so will be doing a KDSS relocation then I should be all good.

More pictures & info in my build thread.
Dam. I have the same wheels with 285/70/18. I have trimmed and massaged quite a bit but still have a little rubbing.

I have BP51s with about the same lift on my 16.

I guess it’s go time on 285/75/18 next go around!!! I wouldn’t have thought it would be doable.

Quick question, did you ever trying fitting the 35X12.50 KO2 into the spare tire space underneath? As far as I can tell the largest verified tire is 295/70-18

No. I ran a 295/70/18 previously and by the time I went to a 35x12.50 I had a dissent rear swingout.

For additional reference: i have a 255/85r17 in the stock spare location and it appears to work. It’s a couple mm away from the stock sway bar. I cannot say with confidence that the sway bar doesn’t hang up on the tire due to backward and forward movement of either the spare or the sway bar but I have run it like this for many miles with no apparent issue.

Of course this will vary by tire manufacturer, but spec wise a 255/85r17 is 34.1" and a 295/70r18 is 34.3". A "small" 35 might fit, but your 35 at 34.5" most likely is a no-go. My Toyo RT Trail 295/70/r18 fits in there like a glove. There isn't any more room.

That's your panhard rod, not the sway bar. That bar only swings up and down when your suspension cycles up and down. I suppose it's at somewhat of an arc determined by the front 4 links. I suspect that means, the more compressed the rear suspension is the closer it would come to the tire. Don't see any smudges on your panhard there, so probably okay.

Looks like that's about a 34" tire, which goes along with the general consensus, that 34 is about as big as you can fit in there.

K02s are notoriously small. Would suck to buy one and not know if it's going to fit, but I'd say if it's not too hard to get a test tire done, it might be worth a try.

this is helpful to know, thanks!

I have a “315/70” Territory MT under my truck and it doesn’t appear to rub on my panhard

I'm running those 33.98" and bouncing off road with full wheel to the right it will contact the KDSS thing front driver side.
I have BP51's approx. 2.5" lift and 25mm offset. .i.e. stock wheels with 3/4 spacer.

What can be done for clearance?
