If you’re willing to drop the $ this is the way to go with the 1.5” bracket (if you have an aftermarket front bumper).

the standard 1” kits from Slee or trail tailor work but unless you relocate your end links outside the cradle they will tweak the bushings pretty hard. I did not run with the 1” kit

If you use the 1” you can do the sway bar end link relo yourself for under $100, it just takes some effort to source the bits.

If you decide you want to do the 1” kit I have my old one from trail tailor and would be happy to sell it cheap.

LOL - you seem to be the pioneer for much of my plans. I've got the Anderson relo kit but I have the 1" and not the 1.5" - you think that'll be a problem?

I definitely need guidance on many levels because I certainly don’t want to do a relocation kit that causes even more problems down the road.

I will be installing a BP 51 set up

I was running 1” with my sway bar end links outside the cradle and I did not run the KDSS arm or passengers side swag bar, even at 3.4deg of caster. I also did not need a BMC. YMMV of course because alignments, exact tire height based on model, and other minor things can come into play.

FWIW I only went with the 1.5” kit because the 1” setup still leaves the end links tweaked a bit and that made it really hard to get the sway bar end links LCA bolts to line up right for me. At 1.5” they’re basically vertical. But either way you should be able to make it work.

Yeah, I've got 34" tires and no KDSS relo right now with no rubbing but will probably move up to a 35" on my next set. So I ordered the repo kit that moves the end link to the LCA skid plate but opted for the 1" bracket instead of 1.5"

Hey man, anywhere I can read about your setup and what you had to do to fit 34" without kdss relo kit?

Since a 35 should only need 1/2” more clearance if you’re not rubbing on 34s the KDSS relo should be your ticket

Is there any chance this tire can fit in the original spare tire location? Trying to decide between 295/70-18 and 35" tires with spare location being a significant factor.

Anything 34” and under will fit. Otherwise the tire gets clipped by the panhard bar.

they say the 295 70 18 is the largest that will fit in the spare location. I can confirm a kenda 35x10.5r17 will not fit, even fully deflated with the little metal arms that hold the tire removed. If you go 35”, you can buy a used/worn one to fit under the vehicle, but if you have to use it, your new ones that aren’t worn won’t fit underneath well without rubbing the Panhard

I do have this exact tire size tucked under my 200 fyi. I’m in a 5 tire rotation. The brand new tire didn’t fit.

@mschop looks killer. Are you running any wheel spacers or a KDSS relocation? Cursious to know if the 35mm offset is leading to any rubbing, or if this skinnier 35 is helping in that department. could you take some more photos down the side of the vehicle and mabe a head on shot? Curious to see the tire poke with the 35mm offset.

No spacers. I did add the KDSS relocation of 1.5" by Anderson.

I haven't experienced any rubbing yet from what I can tell. I'll give it another look tomorrow, but it seems to be all clear when I finished everything a couple weeks ago.

OneNote is that I did have to remove the front mudflaps. I think I can get the mudflaps to actually work, but the way Toyota designed them is that they added a spacer to the design of the mudflap so it protrude out a little more than normal.

I'll take some more pictures tomorrow or Wednesday
