Just some more thoughts on the math. The 8.5" vs 9" wheel only affects largely the sidewall at the bead, so it's not really a factor. The tread will still stay centered about the width of the wheel.
To help visualize: \_/ vs (_)

Kreiten, you're absolutely right about the inside being 11 mm farther in than my wheel. But only at the bead of the tire, where there's lots of clearance. The tread stays the same width independent of wheel width, centered between the wheel beads.

My Falken A/T tire is 33.2" x 12.4"
His Toyo M/T is 33.0" x 12.6"

The width denoted by the manufactures is at the widest point of the sidewall. Which sorta but doesn't really help. The critical dimension is really the tread width which unfortunately is not provided.

All this is to say that his tread will be 5mm closer, + difference in tread/shoulder design of the specific tire.

Good luck RDR78

Hah, that's a cool little tool @Escape I'm old school, I was using a calculator:) I see what you're saying @TeCKis300 and it makes sense, but I still think it's gonna real close to that UCA. Like ya said it's gonna really depend on how wide that Toyo MT actually is, side tread etc.. I've never run Toyo MT's but they look pretty wide!?!? At this point we have run all the numbers we can, slap that thing on there @RDR78 and let's hope for the best!

Yes, agreed it will be really close. Those Toyo M/Ts are meaty. We're all looking forward to seeing when the rubber meets the road.

It is cool to see the boundaries continually being pushed with all these 20" fitments, 35's, and wide rubber.

@TeCKis300 thanks for the pictures. That certainly shows a better perspective. Will go to my mechanic this weekend and see how it goes. I'll definitely let everyone know how it goes and send pics as well..
Thanks as well to everyone's input. Appreciate it.
so how'd they fit? pics?
