Denver market is nuts. I went online, found the vehicle I wanted at a few different dealers, and negotiated over the phone. Cut a deal with the best deal I could get, which was around $2k off MSRP. Some have done better, some have done worse. Seems like dealers aren't doing trades on LCs right now, either.

Here in Nor Cal (SF Bay Area) I paid $90.2k sticker + $1500 dealer markup + $1000 for the already applied ceramic coating for a Black 2021 HE no 3rd row—so $92.7k net at the very end of December.
Dealer was asking sticker +$5000 which they really didn’t want to give up on. After showing my sales guy a few other HE’s locally at sticker on the internet, he called around and one told him it was actually sticker + $10k on the lot and another wouldn’t discuss price over the phone. After very nearly walking out and them getting the big boss at the dealer involved, I caved on paying a little over sticker knowing they’re starting to get hard to find and I’ve wanted a LC for at least 10 years. Mine had 3 miles on the clock when I got it. Also, it didn’t hurt that they gave me a decent trade in on my 2020 4Runner TRD Pro.
When I bought mine, my dealer had mine along with another black w. 3rd row as well as a white w. 3rd row and have since received a grey no 3rd row and they’re asking sticker +$10,000—all of them are just north of $100k. While they still have all three available, I suspect they'll get the $10k add-on eventually.

Agreed, cruisers are popular along the CA coast. Not much game here. Nobody would deal over the phone, but would only confirm stock or MSRP. Well done. I got lucky they made it even with ridiculous trade valuation that'll favor their balance sheets on business losses.
So can someone tell me what you get additionally with a HE versus a regular Land Cruiser and what do they delete from the HE compared to the regular Landcruiser? and what’s the price difference??
You get the BBS bronze wheels, Yakima roof basket, LC HE badging, smoked lights and a darker grille. You lose the center console cool box, third row seats (2021 HE has option for 3rd row), side steps and you have less color options. It's a couple thousand more than a base model and I guess you get exclusivity and possibly collectibility down the road?!
Sounds like Toyota is making out pretty good on this deal. They should’ve thrown in a special front bumper with winch, sliders and maybe some special aluminum under armor and a rear mounted tire on a special rear bumper? Plus should’ve let you keep the center Console cooler which is a nice option. Plus a 2” lift with 33” BFG AT/KO2’s. Then the extra $2k wouldn’t be such a F’ing. JMHO

Good to see some members secure their dream trucks. Now is not the time to let a truck pass you by. You can walk out of a used deal there will always be another used Cruiser for sale, for now there will not be another NEW Cruiser for sale.

Do anything (suspension, etc) besides the 285/65s?
I installed the oem coil over spacer and Spidertrax wheel spacers. Some minor rubbing due to the wheel spacer so had to reshape the fender liner somewhat.
