I bought my 2020 white HE in June for around $84k in SF Bay Area. I was seeing lower prices but not anywhere close. I really tried to buy locally for the $78k to low $80s that were being advertised elsewhere. No go.. I did resort to calling those low $ ads within reasonable fly out drive back distance but funny thing.... every time the vehicle was gone. But the ads were still up. At that time there was no talk of 2021 HE and still hope for a US 300 series. At the time I thought I overpaid a bit. But I put myself out of the LC madness and just did it!

I've posted this is another thread. But pricing on these is very regional. Here in Albuquerque, I was trying to purchase a silver HE for sticker and they told me no. Let me walk out. I ended up buying a white HE for 88k out the door in Las Vegas. Here's a pic of the window sticker for the silver HE. They sold it a week later.

You must have picked up yours from the same dealer I got mine at. They were playing the same game, same mark up in Seattle, so Findlay came through on a black H.E. I'm looking forward to doing a road trip with the new rig to N.M. this summer. I grew up on top of the hill...Rio Rancho.

Wow! Congrats on your new purchase! I noticed last week that they got a black HE in. We're here in Vegas now and will be heading back to Corrales Thursday. I did buy my HE at Findlay. Very good to deal with.

I ordered mine back in October after walking out of a local dealer here that was playing the game. Findlay called me back in October while I was at the table negotiating with the local sales manager.... priceless. I was going to buy one that Findlay had in stock at the time, but someone else walked in right then off the street and bought it while I was doing the paperwork with the internet sales person. So I had to wait a couple months for the next one to come in from Japan. Worked out as a win-win for me with the two month delay.

I ordered a 21 HE gray with 3rd row in northwest PA for 84,400. Arrives to port in 2 days then maybe 1-2 weeks till I take delivery. Already have a set of bud built steps and aluminum skid plates ordered. Will pull the 3rd row and have placed an order for trekboxx bravo that will likely deliver in March. This is replacing a 2020 HE white that I had since October of 2019 and was totaled earlier this month.

Sounds like a very solid start.

If Eric can't get an allocation on one then there's probably little hope that anyone else can. If you're set on a Silver HE then I would buy whichever one you can get your hands on regardless of price.
Yep. Do it now if you can find one.

Subscribed. :popcorn::beer: Let's see what the last 200 in US/Canada sells for😂

What did it list for? Sounds like you got a really good deal! I have only been able to get $4,200 off list on a standard so far.

Just bought black HE on Friday for 9.1K off in Raleigh, NC. MSRP was 89.5K. They had a white demo as well with 2k of miles. Offered 9.8K off on that one. Not crazy about either color, but there was only one grey/silver in the whole southeast which was already spoken for. Definitely there are great deal out there. Just hit the internet departments through chat. Took me 30 minutes to find a dealer who was willing to sell at aggressive discount. First two (one from which bought a 4runner and LC) didn't want to be as agressive.

Yes, crazy how some just don't seem to want to negotiate. I am looking for a silver standard with terra interior as my wife doesn't care for the bronze wheels on the HE. Mind telling me who and where in Raleigh, NC you were dealing with?

The list price was $91074. They initially were allocated a silver HE and did an inter dealer trade to switch for the Grey version. They could have gotten me another white HE for a little cheaper but I really think the Grey looks nice.

I don’t see any Denver metro Toyota dealers negotiating on land cruisers at this point in time. Most are already sold before the hit dealer lots or only last a few days. Some dealers are asking 4-5 grand over msrp.

We got our '21 HE 3 Row in Blizzard in early Dec. for 82,XXX plus tax. 4 miles on the odo. Sticker was $91,055. I think this was a pretty good deal.

The majority of Texas dealers are the same way. I consider myself lucky to have gotten the deal we did last month given the current trends. 90% of the stock shown on dealers websites and Toyota's for that matter has been inaccurate as well.

Here in Socal, you are lucky to negotiate to MSRP on a heritage.... nevermind the mandatory dealer add ons (lojack, 3m coating, and other things added to every car over 20k on their lot). The only thing below MSRP was the extended warranty. Most are sold before they hit the lot. The only reason they received a grey one was because the owner of the dealer traded a WA/OR area dealer for it to use as his car. I only got lucky that it was being received the same time I shopped there and bought it from under him directly. He was asking 15k over sticker, but I cut it back down to a realistic price. I spoke with Eric before heading up there, and he advised this isn't a time to be picky. Apparently, anything other than black or white is incredibly rare. A grey 3 row HE was estimated to be 1 of 20 by him. I wouldn't be surprised if every LC allocated to him is already spoken for until end of production.
