Hello All. I recently got a tjm bumper for my truck and I want to relocate the camera to the front of the bumper. I spent 20 min trying to find an Oem camera that I can take apart to try to make the relocation work. Can anyone here help me locate the front camera with the factory plug so that I can try to relocate the camera?

The ARB relocation bracket is just to the right of my License plate in the rectangular slot. If you have something similar on your TJM, you may be able to make the ARB relocation bracket work

Thanks all, I saw the $600 option but thought I was missing something. I will get the relocation bracket and see if I can make it work. Was the wire long enough or did you need to extend it yourself?

The ARB kit includes the harness. Give us (Cruiser Outfitters) a call if we can be of help with the kit, we have them here in stock. Should be easily retrofitted to most any bumper.

I did my own version of camera relocation. I cut, splice and extended the factory harness and made a bracket to mount in top-center of the bumper. It doesn’t interfere with radar cruise control.

Thanks all for the advice and input. I got the ARB kit and modified it to fit the TJM, its not perfect but works fine.

Thank God for this forum. Makes the modification issues so much smoother.

Finally got around to relocating the front camera on my TJM bumper. I did a hybrid between Atwalz and Mcgaskins. I did the wiring splice to extend the harness length, Found a framing bracket at Home depot and placed it inside the bumper. I wanted to place it on top of the bumper like Atwalz, but as my DD, I park in some sketchy places where the camera would likely disappear or get smashed. The OEM camera is $378 to $500+.
I added some dense foam to the face of the bracket resting against the bumper for a dampening effect. The upper right bracket hole is the license plate left side bolt. I drilled one hole in the bumper for the bracket's large center hole.

Thanks for this. I don't know how I missed this thread to begin with when I relo'd my camera. I just used some slotted angle and the license plate holes to mount. I have a thought to 3D print a cover for it but lack knowledge, skills and a 3D printer...
