After searching and reading through a ton of old threads, I gathered most of the info and part numbers for the majority of weather strip to reseal the wagon. Then quickly found that most of those part numbers are no longer valid:censor: Well almost. 1 of the 4 was still good. Outer wiper for the doors, this was used by a few others before. I have mine but have not installed it yet.

Outer wiper :

I ordered 2 four foot sections

Door opening:

I found mine locally and am really pleased how well in fits. They referred to it as "TS2 Metro TS circle on side moulding." I don't know if this shop ships or does phone orders. Here is their info:

http://www.spaceagepaint.com/

I bought 50 Foot for $180 and used all but maybe 2-3 foot.

I still need to find the window channel and inner wipers for the doors. Also need to figure out the tail gate. I found that the JC Whitney catalog has a lot more info than their online selection. When I called there, the sales rep was clueless though.

Please add any CURRENT info. If I find anything new I will post up. I am getting the glass done for my rear hatch this Friday. I hope that the installer might point me to some good weather strip sources.

My glass guy came out last week. He is working on finding the rest of the stuff I need. When I get this info, I will post up. I will also talk with the glass tech and make sure it will be available for others to order.

The LV stuff is different than the 40 stuff. The outer wiper is available and listed above from JC Whitney. The inner is probably available (or something suitable) through JC but I haven't looked much at it. Waiting to see what my glass guy can get.

When I called JC, the phone rep was useless. The paper catalog shows alot more choices than appear on the website too.

Well, damn. I guess I have new felts for the SWB then.

The guy from CCOT called because I accidentally only ordered one. I asked him about the cowl vent gasket for a 63-4 FJ45LV.

"you mean the kick vents?"
"no. An LV doesn't have kick vents. The vent at the base of the windshield on an LV"
"I don't think so. We just have the kick vents."
"OK. Thanks"

It was cool they called. It would be nice if they knew about more than just 40s.

Gumby, I sourced the door weatherstrip on your lv way back in 94! It was from jcwhitney! Is it still in place?

I installed the Metric Moulded LM123 Door Seal this weekend and it fits very well. The short 6-8" section next to the dash does not have a lip for the WS channel so I folded the channel flat (it's metal reinforced) and used 3M WS adhesive. It turned out pretty nice. It's a little tight/thick at the A-pillar but I can live with it. The install on the back doors was simple with no gotcha's and a great fit and no adhesive.

What year is your wagon? My 65 has the lip all the way around the front doors just like the rears. Either way, glad to hear it worked for ya.

Windshield and rear hatch weatherstrip:

I just ordered part # 120-03B-A and # 120-04B from SOR. It is 2 parts, the ws and the key. This is actually the ws for a 40 windshield of the same year. I was told and read (several threads) that this will work. I will find out for sure this Friday when the glass man comes back. I am having new rear hatch glass and new windshiled installed.

Windshield and rear hatch weatherstrip:

I just ordered part # 120-03B-A ...

Why didn't you get the OEM version? (120-03B-OEM) it's not that much more and I gotta think it WILL fit right...
