Excellent, i miss the smooth ride of a non-A/T tire but i need them for bad weather here and the trails. Did you get a chance to weigh the wheel and tire combo? I'm curious as i know those wheels are forged and very light compared to my method cast wheels.
I'm very tempted to get some KM3 tires for my summer "adventure" wheels in 17" and then rock some quiet highway or winter tires in the off-season. Best of both worlds? Or annoying and unnecessary complexity? I can't decide...

@kpecks That thing looks phenomenal.

I’ve seen a few lighting mods to the rear hatch. Here is what I ended up with! I’m pretty pleased w the outcome and light output. On-off-on switch installed in the handle trim piece. Fits perfectly. LEDs are super slim. I’ll hardwire to a blue sea power panel when it comes in. Cost: $15

@Victory 4x4 rack installed with a 42” dual color light bar. It was NOT the easiest rack to install... but it looks great and is exactly what I was hoping for.

I installed a remote 12v dual channel switch to my light bar and linked it to my Homelink buttons to be able to control it from inside the cab without having to add switches or run additional wiring through the firewall. I also installed a powered fuse block under the hood.

Aftermarket audio install has begun. Head unit and back up cam installations are almost completed. Working on sourcing speaker replacements. Any suggestions???

How are you liking that back up camera? I also have a no nav LC so it wasn't originally fitted with one, it has some garbage aftermarket thing siliconed in place of the right license plate light currently. Yours appears to be a lot more OEM with the integrated light. The ad states that its for the 120/150 series, was it a direct fit for the 100?

I like it. It is a direct fit with no modifications. It fully replaces one of the license plate lights and looks OEM and is very helpful. Running the cable isnt fun though but i managed and i ran some extra 12v wires and extra pullstrings just in case. It is really clear on the screen and the lines are adjustable. When installed, it does angle down just a tad more than i would like it so i cant see all the way to my road when im backing out of the driveway, but i can see everything behind me to about 10-15' so its fine and functions as it should.

If you do get it MAKE SURE you either turn the lines on or off on the little inline switch on the cable for the camera. I also really like the Android head unit. LOTS of functionality and you can turn the parking lines on and off, get a ton of apps, connect gauge scan, set up your car audio/video, use Gaia and a gps antenna for offroading, etc. I havent put the truck through any kind of paces yet (been traveling too much) but itll be ready to roll when we are!

Where are the hatch lights mounted? Hard to tell from the pics. Thx
They are held on with double sided tape that was included in the package. VERY low profile and out the way. I actually bought a white set too from the same company but the “white” was more purple and looked horrible. The switch is a dual switch so my plan is to add a bright white light to the switch as well.

Nice setup! That switch placement is familiar! Like how your lights are even more protected than flush against the leading edge of that panel.

Finally got to tow the LC. It was only 2 miles but a good test run. Now deciding whether to take he raptor or the LC to the mountains?! First world rich people problems!

The reason I wanted a non-nav unit is the simplicity of adding my own head unit that suits my needs. As far as I understand, the only units that were built with non-nav/multifunction were those shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico but I could the wrong. In my 06 LX, I installed the grom unit and it worked pretty well. The truck does not come with the factory radio so I will be on the hunt for a factory non-nav radio just so I have it if I wanted to put it all back to stock.
This is correct. A few non-nav 100 and 200 series made it to Puerto Rico. They are hard to find in good shape and condition (service history is hit or miss) but can help anyone interested in locating one.

Source: I am from Puerto Rico originally.

Welp it’s been a minute since I’ve been on this thread. Last year, Florida hurricane season was interesting. Our home was threatened in st Pete so I had my brother drive the cruiser up to our place in Georgia. He actually put more miles on it doing that than I have in two years of ownership! Currently at just over 61k.

Truck is amazing in the mountains and fits in more here than in Florida so I’ll prob keep it here for a while. I got a stable mate for it too.

Still on the hunt for a factory non-nav radio if someone has one or knows of where I could find one!!!

Is there a difference between years? I'm currently in the process of replacing the stock radio on my 98.
Yes I 98-02 were different. 03-07 are the same.
