These are definitely some that I'm looking at as well. I am wondering what size will fit with 18" rims and NOT rub. Are the sidewalls real flexible, like the Duratracks or more straight up, like the Coopers?

Saw these at ProFormance last night. Who sent them in to get cut?

One thing I did notice is these have a relief cut in the back. Mine didn't. Does this allow water to escape?

Those might be mine, Proformance was running behind. When I removed them I noticed the channels on the back of the rings, but they were packed with debris. I need them back, itching to mount the new tires and install the TRD's!

I'll call them for you

Thanks, Mario said they needed new cutting bits to machine them.

The trim ring pictured was probably the new one I purchased from Jowett to replace one that was heavily gouged. The other four were used, but all did have the channels you spoke of. Since the inner lip of the trim ring extends beyond the inner edge of the rim it does appear to be meant for drainage. If high pressure water was used to keep them clear, I think they would function well.

Anyone else have issues removing the trim rings? One wheel was a complete pain, even destroying an impact torx bit. I need to get a tap and chase the threads in the rims before reinstalling. Since there was some corrosion, and they are wheels that will see lots of exposure to the elements, I'm unsure if just the small dab of blue loctite is sufficient.

Hey guys, how are the KO2's on snow and ice? I am currently running 285/65/18 BF A/T KO and they are ok in the snow but just acceptable on packed snow and ice. Living near Boulder, CO we tend to get either more snow or it just lasts longer then most areas around Denver and we are in the mountains often to ski or drive through some fun trails with deep snow. I had terra grapplers last winter and they were horrible in deep snow. Probably should have chained up, however they did well on packed snow.

Ko2's in snow are great. I just had mine mounted on oem wheels a few weeks back and driven through typical Denver snow recently on side streets as well as back side of Loveland pass on way to the Basin. Awesome. I've driven pirelli scorpions on my audi and bkizzaks on my ml 350 and am a huge fan of the ko2's. Getting ready for a trip around wolf creek and will consider adding chains for the rear just in case but never have I felt out of control with smart, sensible driving on the ko2's.

Thanks for the reply. I will put them on for next winter. I also use scorpions on my CLS63 and my wife's C400 and they are great in the snow. We had 7" of powder on our street and my wife was snowplowing through it in her car. It was pretty funny watching her leave the house. Wasn't sure she'd make it out of the driveway. Thank goodness for dry snow.

I have a 2011 (no lift) and just put on LT275/65/R18 Cooper Discoverer AT3s. I went with the E load 10-ply because I read someone somewhere say they popped a sidewall on these tires. Based on the overland journal review I wanted to try them out since I am mostly pavement, but a little trail and snow. So far so good, no rubs of course.

Just to add, I installed BFG TA K02 275/70/18s on my stock '13 200 - no lift. And with the removal of a small bracket I even tucked a fifth tire in the spare mount.

I don't hear any extra noise or grumbling, the tire have been great on the freeway and NYC portholes and performed perfectly in the recent "blizzard"

Thanks guys.

Carl, looks great! What did you pay for the five tires?

Sounds like a regular street tire. Cant really comment on how they ride because I did a suspension overhaul at the same time so can't really
isolate the tires. I have no complaints at all.

Thanks man! Paid around $1,200 from a local family owned business. Coulda a shopped around but these guys were great - support the local guy! That of course included mounting and balance. ...and the kid out in the snow with pail and hose washing the blue off the white.

These guys will see me again when the 60 needs tires.

After playing with the LX's AHC system, I am now going with a slightly smaller diameter tire - 32.5". I have on order 285-65/18 BFG AT KO2s, which will be mounted to my 2010 Tundra 18" diameter rims. This will give me plenty of room to keep them from rubbing. I'll post up some pics once I have them mounted, and the AHC system adjusted.

More info for the database.

Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10 275/70R18. Everything else is stock. No more noise than the stock bridgestone dueler H/T.

I can't get the database to open. Has anyone tried these on a stock 200?

Nitto Terra Grappler G2 305/60R18 , 32.40 diameter. 275/70s above are 33 inches tall.

Width may not work (12.24 vs. 11.50)
