Thx guys. I wasn't expecting the black ring bolts but the guys did it and I think they're awesome.
I have my second set of TRDs. Don't know how to finish them. Looking for suggestions. I'd love to have the KO2s for the winter and off road and another set for summers.

Tires sold so I need to decide what to get. The 275-70-70 KO2s were purchased before the 285s were available so these are the front runners.
I liked their road manners but they are e rated and I really only need D. Since I have 2 full sets of TRDs (10) I wouldn't mind a set for the summer and a set for the winter.
The spare also has to fit under the truck.
Thoughts?

Correction: KO2s... NOT KOs.

will you still fit in the garage with a lift

will you still fit in the garage with a lift

No... But there are tool chests, weights and a Ping Pong table in my garage anyway... :) So no biggie. :))

bfg at T/A ko2 285/65r18 0" lift currently and no rub. Super heavy tire you can feel under acceleration from stop but very quite great handling and wear. off road has only been fire roads nothing like slick rock, mud or sand. look pretty tough - impressive marketing video. as far as I have ever know BGF makes the premier AT tire and what I have always run. not big on shopping and not specialized enough to change. Pending ome 2" lift will change proportions but should be fine.

I think this may be how our 570 ends up, but with a little bit skinnier tire. Very nice!

TRD Pro 18" Alloy wheels, Nitto Trail Grappler LT285/75R18, 3" front 1" rear lift, 1.5" wheel spacers rear, Tundra width track increase 1.5" per side on front with no spacers. Removed front mudflaps, trimmed valance and front bumper,

The list has been updated with the latest entries. Thanks everyone for the patience. With my new 4 month old, its hard to get a moment to work on this.

Are the TRD and TRD pro wheels the same except for a different finish? Pros are all black, TRDs have a machined lip?

Hard to tell from the photos...but it looks like your tire stem is quite exposed to rock damage. Does it protrude outward as far as it seems to from the photos...and if so, I'm wondering if this is a cause for concern. ??

Some who run the TRD Rock Warrior wheels have purchased a 5th for the spare. This also requires a minor mod to the spare tire holder to fit through the smaller opening in the rim.

My question is has anyone looked at the original spare that came on the Tundra with the TRD's? Is it a steel 17" rim with a generic tire of the OEM size to match the other four wheels? Is it designed to be used with the special TRD lug nuts?

This question may be better suited for a Tundra forum, but I thought I would start here first.

a google search of Tundra forums claims all tundras come with an 18" spare and 255 tire. There are threads here where people are trying to get together and buy a set of RW wheels, then split them up. I'm one of them... just missed a set of 5 for 900....Anyone know of a way to get the steel 17s the guys are running in the middle east?

I would be open to buying a 5th if the price is right. I was patient and bought my set of four for $500, had to pick up a few parts to make them look like new though. I think a 17" steel would be cool also, to be just a spare and not rotated in with the other four.

FYI, I just found this on the local CL, mud member?

WTB/WTT - Tundra Rock Warrior Wheels (Arvada)

I am looking for One (1) Rock Warrior Wheel to use as a spare. I have seen multiple people selling full sets, so am hoping there might be other people out there (2 or 3 to be specific) that would be interested in going in together on a set of these wheels - Or someone with a set that is willing to sell just one.

If either of these are the case, please contact me!
Thanks!

I checked pricing and shipping from the middle east to the US for a member on the 100 series forum and even with a group buy shipping would be a killer. Best bet is to look south, in mexico and S.America some 100's came with standard steelies, couldn't find any info on the 200's though

I don't have the bling factor associated with a white 200 and Black TRD Pro wheels but I am running 275-70-18s on stock 200 wheels now. Not rubbing at full articulation as proven this weekend in Canyonlands. It will suffice until I can put the Tundra arm lift on as @TexAZ and @bjowett have done. Probably a few months away at least. 159k miles and drives like new.
