Factory 300 Steering Wheel on a 200

I have recently added a 300 look Steering wheel to my 200 but I am not very happy with the button configuration.

Does anyone know if you can buy a factory 300 steering wheel and make it work on a 200, rather than using the Chinese import versions?

The 300 is 6 lug, a 200 is 5.

That could be a problem.

EDIT: Steering wheel? My bad. I'm old and the words all run together sometimes.
