Probably won't look anything like that by the time it hits US shores.

I actually like that bottom bumper/skid plate looking thing.

Edit...nevermind...that's just the front bumper that comes on overseas models. I thought was a new skid plate or something.

New to the forum so thought I would post a pic. Just got this 2009 about a month ago. I installed the 1" springs from OME and run 275/70/18's. It is going to the shop tomorrow to have the 2" OME kit installed.

My Land Cruser finally arrived today.. Sad to see the Sequoia go until I drove the LC home... I took her straight to Bastian's to have the BFG KO2's and TRD wheels installed.. I think it looks much better now. Ordered the Icon suspension.. Should be here in a few weeks. Can't wait! Going to build a custom drawer for the rear, install an aluminum ARB roof rack and add Slee sliders for now...

I had the OME lift installed yesterday and then reinstalled today. They put the ring (not sure the official name) on the strut that the lower part of the coil sits on upside down which resulted in about half the expected lift. I called Slee and in about 1 min they told me what was wrong. Those guys know their stuff and I really appreciate the help today. OME 2702/91005 front, OME 2722/31029 Rear, 275/70/18

I didn't know OME had 1" springs for the 200. Where did you get them?

They are OME 2700 springs. I got them from 4 wheel parts. They are in my garage if you are interested. Only had them on a week.

So those are the 17" TRD wheels? I need those too... The 18 just do not have enough meat when let down.

I might need those. I ordered 2721s from Slee and if they're too much I might buy them off you.

I love this time of the year. Towing today really made me wish I had the new springs installed. It has definitely sagged since it was new. OME 2721s on their way.

They are the 17" TRD wheels... I totally agree with you on the 18" wheels. The extra 1" sure does make a difference.

Whats the boat and trailer weight?
All of 8000 lbs dry. Add 150 gallons of fuel before getting to the water and well you get the idea. You definitely know it's back there and the soft springs do not help. Can't wait to test this new setup from Brian.
I know, I'm pushing the limits.

Arich did you consider air bags for when you tow? Getting the 'perfect' ride with OME springs is a very 'imperfect' science and there's as many dissatisfied customers as are happy. That's usually because what works well loaded can make for a real dog unloaded. Air bags have always just made complete sense to me. Gives you the extra lift when you need it and not the added harshness of ride when you don't. I also tow a 8000 lb boat with standard springs and coilrites and she rides level and plush at all times. Best of both worlds. Only reason I can see for uprated rear springs is if you are going to be carrying a heavy load constantly or at least for an extended expedition.

I saw these on you tube. It's a nice feature for those who tow.

I looked into it. Per OME you must run their struts, and I think someone else on the forum had a fitment issue running different struts. I have a slightly used set of Bilsteins going on when time permits.
