Had a great time camping for 3 days with the poors .
138 miles off road.
14.5 mpg
Requirements for us poor 200 owner were:
1) Halogen lights
2) 18 inch wheels
3) No tint
4) 6 speed trans
However one of the guys got his tax refund early and decided to get tint and we did scold him quite a bit
Without further adieu, loser poor Highlander owners wannabe 200.
We ran into a broken down Rivian needed tow -12 hour drive it took tow truck guy to come with his trailer $2100

Great pictures. I personally consider all 200 series from 2008 to 2021 the king of all roads. Differences are marginal and can be adapted with some simple mods.

I’m surprised you let the lesser Prado, FJ, and Tacoma join.
We did not speak to them, as they kept trying to crash our party. They wanted "safety" to be in the 200 crew as their posuer 2wd owners were scared.
When they asked for our autographs, as they never see 200s outside of a Starbucks parking lot, we obliged and said they can take a photo with us - to go home and prove to their friends that some 200 do go in the wild in USA
Went to visit some buddies out at Fallon, checked out Dixie Valley to check out some abandoned tanks and military hardware. Then went to Middlegate Station for burgers and beer, yes they were quite good and I highly recommend.

Rare San Diego County Snow Day.
Went up Sunrise highway from the 8. Quickly turned into an icy active whiteout drive. The Black Land Cruiser handled it with ease. At one point it was me and some dude in a well equipped 80 series tearing up the mountain at 40mph in a few inches of ice. Coopers handled it with ease!
Then I pulled off into a picnic area and found an FJC having some fun so I decided to join. Couldn’t get stuck.
Finally headed to my favorite brewery but they were closed. Stopped by the Julian Pie Co on the way down and got something for Pi Day. (The owner Dave is a huge vintage BMW nut, he owns among other things a Son Of Cobra BMW 2002.)

I see the shadow from a Starbucks just off camera, and the drifting cloud of pumpkin-vanilla-soy-mochiatto coming into view. Highlanders gonna highland.
