no need to worry about the threading. cut off the tube and use a flaring tool to make a bead on tube. the GM style fuel fitting flare tooling works the best but the 1st stage of a double flare or a bubble flare also works fine. it's just a return line with no pressure on it.
- Original 8mm feed line converted to the return line (fuel tank side) - need to figure out what in world metric threading was used on those flare fittings there, and was thinking get an AN fitting to mate with the flare with an 8mm/5/16" hose barb on the other side.
Planning to re-use the small steel hard line section from the 1FZ that routes along the engine, up to the rubber lines at the front. The FTE doesn't have mounting provisions for the brackets in the same location, so I'll have to come up with some solid places to mount it using the OE brackets.
