I would like to buy or rent a crank pulley holder tool for my upcoming oil pump seal replacement. Please let me know if you have one and name your price.

Thank you.

I just bought this for my 100. Pretty sure it's the same. Worked like a charm!

LE-JX Harmonic Damper Pulley Holding Tool Crankshaft Crank Holder Removal Wrench Tool Compatible with Toyota and Lexus Amazon product ASIN B08112M37C

Thank you! I saw that in my searches, but they don't list the 1FZ as a compatible engine -- still doesn't mean it won't work though. I will go take some measurements to see if the holes on my pulley will line up to those. The website shows 2.362" inner diameter for that tool..

I'm pretty sure it's a standard size amongst these Toyota motors, but if you can measure first that would be best of course.

I just measured and it appears that it will line up to the holes on my pulley just perfectly. If it doesn't work, I will return it. After I complete the job, I'll probably offer it for sale here. Thank you again for your help!

Email otram directly, I bought mine from him at a lower price because it was blemished. Nothing wrong with it, just a few extra marks and what looks like some chipped paint.

Yeah, I tried to order one from his site, but it said they were out of stock. I figured he was only making them in batches.

Well, I was off by a whole inch on my measurements and that "toyota" crank pulley puller is not even close to being large enough.

So I ask again if anyone has an FJZ80 (1FZ) crank puller. Otramm or otherwise!

Thank you

I bought this to remove my crank pulley on my 60. No need to remove rad, cowl etc for the use of an impact gun. One of these and a large breaker bar to pull that crank bolt out.

EDIT: mind you I bought this 10 years ago and it was $35-$40 bucks then and made in USA.

Why not just use the starter bump technique?

I'm starting to looking into doing this job too, so in the same boat looking for crank tool. Saw this
on ebay, currently out of stock, haven't message the guy yet. Anyone tried this one? Looks like it should work
and the bolt spacing looks right for fzj80 - sellers notes 88.5mm, I saw someone measured on Ih8mud and noted 90mm, so I'm assuming that's the same or within measurement margin.

Yeah I'm hesitant to try starter bump too, just rebuilt my starter wouldn't want to cause issues there, plus you need something to tighten it back up anyways.

The chain wrench I recommended will be infinitely more useful then a specialized wrench to only fit our 1fze crank pulley/harmonic balancer.

I have a damaged OTRAMM crank holder tool. The 1/2" hole is rounded out, but the 3/4" is still usable. I'd pretty much just ask for you to pay for shipping from 84124.

The otramm tool has 1/2 and 3/4 hole? All the pics I've seen only have one 1/2 hole. If it's usable and OP doesn't want it I'll take it. I'll pm you. Thanks.

Does anyone have one that they can trace and scan to make a template on an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. If it turns out that I have to make one, I’ll put up a template.

Hopefully someone will have a template.

thanks,

Does this still happen to be up for grabs? I'd be happy to pay shipping to AZ
