I am starting this thread in order to make life easier for a few folks. I will be posting diagrams up here so that they can be used as reference but also because it helps to detail what hoses and how many clamps and what if you re-route and what if, what if. I will try and detail what I can. Please scrutinize all you want and I will adjust the drawings as needed.

First up is the 1FZ-FE coolant routing for 95-97 engines. Everything in yellow is pipe and everything in red is a rubber hose. Clamps are shown as is the coolant flow.

Very nice and thanks for doing this. Looks like the rubber 90 at the passenger side firewall is missing.

Not sure if you intend on numbering the hoses, but that might be helpful. There can be record of alternatives to OEM that’s not available too.

Thanks again. This will be helpful for many for sure.

Yeah its the first of a handful of diagrams. I didn't want to overload one image.

Here is the formed hose vs straight hose and clamps sizing diagram. I will get better naming after I figure out what to label everything. Again please, if you see ANY errors please point them out and I will make sure to update and re-upload.

this is great any chance of a diagram with sensors relevant included?

You already have access to all this information.

The 1FZ has two water temp sensors:

One for the gauge on the dash and one for the EFI system that sends information to the ECU.

They are both on the head on the LH side underneath the intake manifold.
I found them But didnt know which was which and couldnt locate the info in the FSM thanks Beno

Next one. This is for the PHH location and replacement or full pipe/straight/moulded hose replacement. Again, any errors and please send my way. I am hunting down a Gates or OEM double 90º that is the correct I.D. and overall length. That is ideal but until then...

If only there was a handy place to buy pre-cut greenstripe hose and clamps for this application...

Don't forget the dashes folks! :D

Great work!

It's difficult for me to tell, because the Radiator Hoses, Throttle Body Hoses, and Heater Hoses are all labeled a similar color, but I think the hose outlined in purple below is incorrect.

The hose from the upper coolant hardpipe (near the distributor cap) goes to the radiator, not to the throttle body. But I think it's labeled orange, not red.

Hope this helps.

Jesus dude. Did you make it to the end of the internet and run of porn to look at and needed something to do with your spare time?!?!

Actually, this is pretty cool.

Yeah, ultimate awesome. I don’t and won’t ever have a 1FZ but still a sweet chart.
