Jesus dude. Did you make it to the end of the internet and run of porn to look at and needed something to do with your spare time?!?!

Actually, this is pretty cool.

Honestly yes :(

It’s kinda sorta self service. I have customers not understanding some of the hose kits and I have others asking for complete kits and how much and how many clamps and what size and blah. So I’m just going to put it all together in one resource forever...where it STILL WON’T BE INCLUDED IN THE FAQS. But I digress :(

That's how I ordered all my stuff in 2014 from CDan. I told him I needed every coolant hose and clamp from the radiator to the firewall and he rounded it all up and shipped it to me.

Then, like an idiot, I got in a hurry to finish and didn't Install ALL of them. Particularly the PHH and rear heater hoses.........

Great work!

Here is the formed hose vs straight hose and clamps sizing diagram. I will get better naming after I figure out what to label everything. Again please, if you see ANY errors please point them out and I will make sure to update and re-upload.

The only thing that could make this better... Part numbers! And a poster.

Knowing Joey he has probably thought of this but doing a similar project for other 80 series 'Systems' might be cool. I was thinking of 1)Braking System - hoses, rotors, calipers, pads etc. 2) Rubber brushes- control arms, motor mounts, swaybar bushes, body mounts etc. Suspension and fuel systems could also be done. Maybe enough for a 2019 calendar...

You may already have these, but if not--ALL coolant hoses and P/Ns (if you have longer P/Ns, don't be shy).

lolololol. Who needs an FSM anymore when you can just pester busy people on the interwebs

Great work!

It's difficult for me to tell, because the Radiator Hoses, Throttle Body Hoses, and Heater Hoses are all labeled a similar color, but I think the hose outlined in purple below is incorrect.

The hose from the upper coolant hardpipe (near the distributor cap) goes to the radiator, not to the throttle body. But I think it's labeled orange, not red.

Hope this helps.
so what is that hose for anyway? why is it there?

I haven’t been able to correct yet

No worries! Just keep making badass FZJ80 products that I didn’t even know I needed ;)

My impression is that these are more detailed than the FSM and of course include part numbers – – which saves a lot of time on the phone.

is it to help with air bubbles, because it looks completely unnecessary...

It is there so you break off the nipple on the radiator if you work on your own vehicle instead of taking it to the dealer. When you show up at the parts counter to pick up your new radiator all the parts guys are high fiving and fist pumping after you leave.

Nice job Joey. Can we get one detailing the rear heater bypass option and the rear heater hard line bypass?

All you need now is to have someone create a GIF showing the flow to make it faster to read
