What engine/drive train maintenance has been done to this?

Regular fluid changes under the hood. Driveline zerg fittings greased regularly. Added grease to knuckles when needed. Radiator flushed & minor/misc vacuum lines changed when I purchased the truck a few years ago.

How does the AC work in the Arizona heat?

AC works great in the AZ Heat, but I never liked driving it when it was that hot out. These trucks don't seem to like the AZ heat very much.
