Just a little addition.

I am acquiring a pile of parts for my Cruiser. Not much time though and no free bay in the shop so will probably just keep making the pile bigger for the time being.

Can't believe I did it but today I ordered a new OEM Y-pipe and forward cat.

It is stupid expensive even with my discount but I simply can not put this crappy Magnaflow in with Otramms cat back and my new engine. I built the engine for 20yrs so why not finish it off with an exhaust system worthy of that as well!? This is the last thing for my engine and then I can get on to real upgrades and mods on the Cruiser. Sliders and belly skid will be first.

Easy to get out...

Seems all but one of my hangers was wasted, I already knew this more or less.

Unfortunately one of the studs on my manifold dump decided to let go. Fortunately I have a spare in my stash.

A little heat + this and no probs to get the stud out.

In hindsight I should have changed all four of those on the bench before install but they looked fine so I ran them.

Ian, if it’s ok with you I’d like you to comment/ address quality and thickness of the stainless on the exhaust.
This thing looks like a work of art. However recently another member went of YouTube trashing the exhaust and the maker of it.

I don’t want to hijack your thread or start drama. But since you just put one in can you comment on the build quality and materials?

A sound clip would be nice as well since I really want one of these bad boys.

You can certainly word it differently. I personally could care less what so and so says on such and such social media platform.

The cat back is installed, it was easy with no dramas. It fits nicely, build quality is top notch.

What is there to pick from on the market? People should be happy this is available and is a nice top end quality bolt-in option.

I get wanting to know my opinion on it but you started out by saying some dude is talking trash on Ryan on YT about his exhaust and is also ripping on him.

First up, like I said I don’t care. Second, Ryan has done a lot for the Cruiser community, have you not seen all his “how to” videos where he is helping countless newbies work on their own trucks??? I mean come on man, definitely could word it differently in my build thread.

People being asses on the internet will make him stop offering it? That is certainly a possibility.

Just a 10 mile drive home yesterday after installing it. So far I like it and so does my engine.
