I just picked up a 1987 22re pickup 4x4. It needs leafs. I am going to keep the truck stock height.
I called NWOR, they said the factory that makes them is shut down b/c of Covid. I also called deaver, they will make a custom set but it will cost me.
It seems all the other places only have leafs with a lift.
Any suggestions, thanks

Did you try Alcan? They will make what ever you want ... for a price.

You could try to find some low(ish) miles take off springs or get the lightest OME lift springs (CS09R I think) and pull a leaf out to bring em to stock height. Or have Alcan build you exactly what you want.

spoke with Alcan,
not cheap but cheaper than Deaver.
I have always used OME on my Toyota's. The lift is always about 1" over what they say. Spoke with Rocky Road about the OME set, they said some guys have said they end up with about 2" over what OME is saying. I definitely do not want the stick bug look. Not alot of options for these little trucks. I don't mind an 1' or so of lift but not trying to go 3". A couple of people have mentioned General spring, but have not read great things.
