Our island community has many snowbirds that get "off the rock" in winter, mostly to Arizona.

I am trying to convince wife that a better solution would be to buy a clean JDM HZJ77 and stash it in NZ for annual vacations there. Suitable for loaning to friends for their use as well.

Then import when legal...

Hello,

Now that is a plan. A bulletproof excuse/reason for getting off the rock to a nice place with a Cruiser.

Sweet.

no problem old boy, sorry about the crack in shipping.
looks good and all those pesty bugs will now follow the air flow and not get stuck to the hood. now they will plaster the windshield instead!!

Quick question why the extra aerial mount, when the bar is fitted with one?? Any chance of posting video with sound of your new exhaust, Your rig gets shinier every day, you need to get it dirty , ha ha
I'm headed out of the country for a few days but will try to post a video when I get back. The antennae bracket was already mounted on the brush bar.

Funny you mention that. We are in the middle of "Love Bug" season down south. If you can imagine a bug that is part Velcro and part toxic waste than you have the Love Bug. The paint destroying, windshield spattering pest show up in the Spring and again in

late Summer. They are only welcome by the car washing industry.

Although the straight pipe ( minus the muffler ) isn't necessarily louder, it does produce a different sound. It seems to have a slight "whistle" sound now.

That is so stupid

Bonnet protector finally installed.

I looks great, Charles!....very clean.

The extra antenna bracket was my doing. I had a K40 CB antenna mounted there and the base of the K40 antenna was a little too big for the mount provided on the bar so I decided to add an extra (removable) one. The extra bracket is also an ARB part. Also, I wanted to keep the antenna away from the center of the vehicle. When I sold the bar to Charles, the extra mount went with it.

Thanks, now I just need to help my wife understand what a good idea it is.

I really didn't give the antennae placement a lot of thought. My goal was to place it in the same general location as my HJ75.

Sorry, Due to my limited computer skills or perhaps my crappy internet, I can't even get a 20 second video to load. I will try again when I get access to higher speed Internet.

Looking very nice. I'm really liking the hood protector. I may have to get one for myself.
When you drive a high performance vehicle like the BJ74, the bonnet protector enhances the aerodynamic profile. :)

The Aerodynamic properties of the BJ74 fall somewhere between a shoe box and this......

Is this the only identifier on a 13B-T or is it stamped somewhere else?

Before there was a 70 Series pickup. :)
One of my neighbors projects.......

Cool. An M37. I have put a few miles behind the wheel of one of those. Built like a tank
