This someone on here? Curious what it will bid to..

Nice! Just found the build. Can’t wait to get mine back from paint and start driving it finally!

Thats a nice LV.
Interesting, my 64/65 still has the original engine, if I remember it was just the LVs that had the engine number stamped on the VIN plate.

Yeah that’s mine. I’m not really super motivated to sell it BUT if there’s a buyer out there I have some big plans for the 63 I have, which I would basically make look identical cosmetically. This is pretty much the only way I can fund that build at the moment. Home remodel and the 28 are the priority otherwise.

I can’t wait to see your 28 done!! That’s a really rare beast … as if LV’s aren’t 😂 GLWS! It’s a clean LV and gives me motivation for the reassembly of mine in the coming weeks!

Thanks for the kind words. I know i have it listed for a lot of dough… but given what I’ve seen 40s go for at times I feel like a complete restored LV has to be a $100K+ truck. And if there’s not a buyer for it at that price I’m still super happy to keep it. A restored 63 LV is pretty much the only truck I’d ever trade it for!

All Cruisers prior to 1965 had the engine number stamped on the VIN plate

@scoobiedubes flip that bezel!😂
