Hoping for some fuel pump advice. im still trying to get this 66 LV running again and am at the fuel pump. It has the original F135 6cyl engine and stock aisin carb with view window. When crankin Over the pump isnt sucking gas from the tank or from a beercan i set up 10" from the inlet port. Bench test didnt pump any fuel either. The fuel pump looks like an aftermarket unit and says "AC" with ?65040073 stamped on the flange side. I see the OEM one is no longer available and it sounds like the newer toyota pumps will work with swaping the in/out fittings off my old one? Has anyone done this swap and been ok?
