When you are ready, give Ben @ GTC a call and get setup with an EcuTek tune for the GT-R. I know in Cal you can't drop the cats, but if you have E85 available, and do intakes, pumps and injectors it will feel like another car.

Thanks, it has a Cobb Dyno Tune and Cobb Mid pipe, I have thought about it and I think the only other things I want to do is a transmission cooler and upgraded brakes when mine wear out. I have a couple of friends with full bolt-ons very impressive, some are running E85 while giving great performance the mileage is so bad that they have not been able to go on some of our runs because they no place to fill up. So I am happy with what the car will do now, no racing just lots of playing

Well both Cobb and EcuTek have flex fuel now. SO you can do both E85 and if you are running low you can fill up with 91. Game changer. When I first went E85 on Cobb probably 2012 with my GTR, I had to carry (2) 5 gal containers of E85 in the trunk to lead a couple runs. lol. But yeah both have flex fuel. If you are running the stock Cobb tunes they are not great. Seriously Ben@gtc.com or info@linneytuning.com tell him Ryan Scott sent you. He is the number one GT-R tuner in the world, over 1000 R35's tuned. He is even tuning Switzer's USE's, and Jack's Trans 1000+hp builds.

Thanks, I have played with the Road shower it seems to work pretty well. for the GTR, not running any of the stock Cobb tunes, had a custom one done on a dyno. 530 at the wheels is as much as I need for the tight little canyon runs i like to do. But I will look into that flex fuel option and maybe give him a call if I get bored with the way it sits. Nice GTR

hello great write up; can you give only info on the hell lights upfront?? any issues with water condensation etc?? but you are in california so I don't think you get much water there! lol

Oh as for the gtr; got to drive a ultimate track edition at a recent day here with a friend who owns a race shop. 8.6 was best time! No trailer queen here it drove to Atco raceway and then drove home. My friend is currently working on the original Godzilla at the bottom pic! Hope moderator does not delete :)
