How is that road for someone in a bone stock GX470 who wants to do some casual playing in the Lexus?

It's not bad. I wasn't able to do the whole road, due to time constraints, but there wasn't anything a stock GX/4Runner with decent tires couldn't do.

Put some new shoes on the GX yesterday. Finally looks like the right size tires for this truck. Now on to the rear bumper!

Do you by any chance have a picture looking down the side of the truck with the SR5 wheels and spacers? I'm pretty close to buying a GX and I already have SR5 wheels off my 4R, but I definitely want a slightly wider stance than a 285 will give me on the SR5 wheels.

This was the only picture I took when I had spacers.

I removed them right away because the rubbing was worse with them. Here’s a profile pic without spacers.

I bought a scratch and dent bumper that didn't come with a swingout - I have the steel to make one, but haven't had time yet.

Pulled my running boards off today and changed the oil, and POR-15'd my frame and skid shields in anticipation for the move to Arizona next month. Woot!

I know this post is kinda old, but wondering what these wheels are, and the specs for the wheels and tires. Perhaps the OP is still around, or someone else knows....?

The wheels are 18" FN six shooters if I remember correctly

Looks like BFD is the 18" version and Six Shooter is the 17".

Yup, 18” BFD’s. The truck has since been lifted with a full Radflo setup, but the wheels are still on it!

Looks like BFD is the 18" version and Six Shooter is the 17".

The BFD is similar to the Six Shooter but the offset is different, it's basically a closer knockoff of the Volk TE37. Both are available in 17 or 18".
