Am I not seeing things right, or did the "equal length runners" idea fall through the cracks?

They are not equal length. We built a set that are 100% equal length but they were deemed to be too costly to build for this market (would have been around $3500 per set). These are as close % to being equal as possible without becoming unreasonably costly. We flow tested them and they flow extremely well. We picked up only 2% better flow with the equal length setup. They are not the 100% ideal setup that we would build on something like a race car. For the Land Cruiser we are confident these headers are a perfect setup to pick up as much power and torque as possible without becoming unreasonably costly.

That's an option, kinda like ceramic coating.

You have to bring it in for that.

Yes. We can definitely build the equal length setup for anyone interested, it is just more costly and for the very small gain over our current headers it wouldn't really be worth it except for possibly a few select clients that want that last bit of extra power. Actually, no modification to the vehicle is needed. We can build.the equal length setup to bolt right in.

I'm packing for a trip right now and replying from my phone. I can post that next week. But basically, most of the needed length for the shorter runners is gained by 'wrapping' the necessary runners around 'trunk' of the headers in the last 1-2ft before the collector.

You guys that are upside down get all the good stuff! I'll take a 105 or turbo diesel over ANY IFS100 petrol. Regardless of what it sounds like or how fast it goes!

The way we have laid out the exhaust and O2 sensor bungs for the EMSPowered 100-series exhaust systems including the headers, removal of the factory ECU and check engine light still function normally whether you run a single cat, dual cats, or no cats at all. We still recommend running a single catalytic converter to keep the atmosphere cleaner but if you so choose, you can order your system with no cats and it will run perfectly fine.

This setup is designed for maximum power gains while still being able to bolt onto the factory OEM exhaust/muffler/cat-back, or any other aftermarket cat-back exhaust system.

Just asking because it looks like a long stretch.

FWIW, on DT headers you need to unclip and re-route about 18" of the sensor wiring.

These will be ready to ship soon, be patient. The power benefits are worth it, We will not pre release them until everything is perfect and ready to ship. If there is enough interest we can build them for later 100series during the 3rd/4th quarter of 2013.

Les - haven't you learned yet? Soon is a relative term for some. For example, in the scope of time for our universe, our sun will burn out soon also. Hopefully these ship to folks before then - surprised people are still waiting.
