Anybody here change an oil pump?

Mine is fine, but figured it's time to replace mine as preventative maintenance at 280k. Besides simply pulling off the pan, I was wondering what else if any surprises there'd be.

Requires engine removal to change oil pump

Anyone removed the rear spoiler on their 100? Well, I just did. For now, I replaced the screws that were holding it down to seal the holes. I was wondering if someone makes kit to cap the holes, or what exactly I should do to cover them.
Filled the gaps around the bolts inserted in the mounting holes with silicone and never had a problem, but looks Frankenstein.

Might try nylon bonded washers with a dab of silicone. I used that for the holes from the roof rack on my 80 Series without issues.

I fill holes with plastic plugs bought from the hardware store (don't remember the preferred nomenclature, dude) and secure them with a dab of clear RTV.

Fine looking 06 at a camp ground in New Mexico.

I was set to go purchase that last Friday. Had a time setup with the owner but he sold it to someone else 30 minutes before I was leaving. The seat front bottoms have duct tape to cover the cracks. The maintenance has been kept up on it as well. It was purchased for $4,500 dollars.

Sounds like a scam.

Just FYI to the interested parties: I bought that '03 last month with the same mileage for $7k.

Makes this one not seem like such a good deal...
