very interested but, is it still raining? you mentioned posting pictures on 06-08-11.

also the initial price range was $2500-3000, has this changed and if so what new information has been brought to light?

thanks,

uhuh

the other thread is equally useless and devoid of pertinent information

https://forum.ih8mud.com/sale-parts/504351-diesel-conversion.html

if you want information then, you are required, by age, TO ASK

listen i have listed these on here before,
if you want to know something then ask,

as for where i am?? i am 1.5 hours from sault saint marrie, ontario.

the town's name is thessalon, That is where i am,
this truck came out of a mine

it was parked for over a year at the mine

brought it home

i was able to get it running
runs good to

hzj55 non turbo
every thing attached to the motor besides the trans and transfercase would be included in the sale,, if you want the trans and transfercase that can be arranged

i also have a spare trans and transfercase that looks to have been rebuild
and one that need some parts and to be rebuilt or could be used as spare sparts

the last time i posted these i had some of the same low grade responses

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW YOU HAVE TO ASK

IT SHOWS YOUR INTEREST............

if your just trolling to read then i am only waisting my time.

now as for shipping i can bring it down to the states to put it with a trucking company.

unless i am headed somewhere with my big truck then i might be able to bring it to you ..... maybe... not always possible, might get close enough though to meet

i hope this answers some of the nagging question every one has

if you check back to my first post you will see i left my email..... two people have emailed looking for more info.
they have also recieved my cell number
so they can get the info they want to know

Hi, am interested in the transfercase. How much?

You said its from an HZJ55? Thats gotta be a typo.

10 hours from Toronto
compression numbers have been asked for but nothing posted
hours and mileage has been requested, mine trucks have hour meters (1000 hrs is roughly the same as driving a truck for 100,000 km)

your flogging an engine for $4K (that you paid $2500 max for the whole truck) yet you wonder why it doesn't sell here? attitude.

no pics.

i have a use for a 1HZ but with that response i have no issue with shopping elsewhere.

7 hours from toronto.
i dont have a compression testor for a diesel.
the hours are some where around 3500

you can feel quite free to shop where you like
what i have paided for the toyota has little to do with
the time i spent to hual it to my location
to work on getting it running
and storing it

?
the attituded is reserved for stupid comments
and people who are not interested in asking any question

again want to know something ask i dont mind answering questions .... if i can ...

i can not check the compression...i do not have a tester ... and the locale mechanic does not have one for a diesel either..
or i would of dont the test for all who ASK

i have my email up for thous who want to know to ask me personaly usually on the second email you are also given my cell to call

i am not 10 hours from toronto either you are about 3 hoiurs off on that it is only about 6.5 to 7 hours
and again i own a semi truck .. so for the folks who live south of me i can or could bring it closer to where you live

the guys in the states this can be arranged as well

thanks

Mine truck. That's all I need to know.

I won't bother attempting to educate you on the appropriate way to sell an engine on this forum.

GLWS, you'll need it.

Have a nice day.

well that is good

thanks for not doing so

i am not worried on the sale . either it will sell or it will travel down to S A to be used there
i am not so worried

thank you for not be antagonistic

i thought on JeepKings you stated you pulled this engine to put in your Jeep?
why the change of mind?

it is 6 hours from Toronto to Sudbury and another 3.5 to your town ... you figure it out. either way is mute.

a compression tester is $110 for a decent one and it takes under an hour to do a compression test on a 1HZ. i would have to recommend anyone interested in purchasing to have a compression test done. $4K for a possible problem engine is too much to pay.

well it takes me in my semi about 7.5 hours threw toronto to get home
mute point

and your right the tester is not expensive and i should of bought on AWHILE ago

i just keep forgetting to grab one when i am in the states and pricess auto did not have one the last time i was there

oh and the engine that was pulled was the 1pz
not the 1 hz

the 1 pz (untested) looks to have been rebuilt
new injector pump, rusty red cylinder head, greasey block
new clutch new flywheel (i mean brand new)

if this is wayne you already have my cell ?? well maybe the old cell
if i thought it was junk... i would of scraped it last year,
well pulling off some of the parts mind you

if this guy is this much of a dick before you even start dealing with him, imagine what he will be like durng the sales process. Since when is it up to the buyer to have to ask for details like mileage, compression, location, history etc? Is that not pretty standard info that should be provided in an ad?

I recently sent a $1,000 deposit on a 12HT/H55. I didnt know the seller from a hole in the ground and because of how helpful and responsive he was I felt totally comfortable gifting him the deposit through paypal...so I have zero protection and am going completely off blind faith. Dont think Id do that with this guy. I think someome wished you luck with the sale...you will need it.

that is wonderful
i'm glad it worked out for you

it just happens that i am home today .... this week

the whole reason i put my email there is for a direct contact
not an impersonal slamming on a forum

but no worries have a good day all

i like how this has turned into a person attack

strange how when i have sold cars or jeeps in the past
the folks who bought them are happy to come back

but being this is more or less the second or third attempt to use a forum to sell
it seems as thought it is a waist of time

so congrats to you

who have turned this into a personal attack
