@Atwalz, how deep is the bumper? Can you hit the center with a tape measure when you have a chance?

It’s reccessed 2” back on lower portion where fairlead roller are mounted.

Couple weeks ago I installed Diode Dynamics Smart Relay for custom flasher settings. The setup allows for custom flashes when you tap stalk for the turn signal.

Also replaced the gas cap. I reset the CEL but codes are still coming back. One of these days I am going to drop at the dealer for them to diagnose the issue.

Last weekend, I built rear lower shock mount armor. I waiting for Steel-it Polyurethane Formulation paint. I will paint them and install them next weekend.

Picked up 1/2”x4.5” bolts, 3/16 plate washers, lock washers and nuts. Testing pending in Moab.

Building some skids to integrate with Ironman bumper. Ones that came with bumper were useless for my purpose. Also changed all fasteners to 1/2” grade 8 nut and bolts. Pinned the bumper on both sides. Rotated the winch lever to 90 degree counterclockwise for easy access.

Installed a brand new OE canister and Vapor filter. Green clips are not sold separately. Dealer was unable to find part number. Hose that connects from tank to canister is a two piece, that first hose from tank to coupler is only available as part of whole gas tank. Second piece is available. I ordered that will be here on Thursday. I reset the CEL and let’s see if the code reappears in few days. I have tentatively scheduled an appointment with delear in case code reappears. For what it’s worth canister is covered under warranty until 70,000 miles in California, after that it’s owner’s cost. I wish I had known that and could have saved few bucks. I am past 80k miles as of now.

I guess I don't have to worry about messing anything up on Top of the world.....its still broken.

The only logical solution is to sell your 200 and buy the far superior 75 series.
