I have everything you can do to a 1HDT (rebuilt), and I was told reliably I can only get 200WHP out of my 1HDT.
After everything I've done, it's WAY faster / more torque, that's for sure, compared to when I had it stock.
I usually double nut method.
Where you tighten the nuts to themselves on the threads and use the nut on the inside to untreated the stud.
I hope that makes sense, if not a video can help.
The 100 series pads cover a little more rotor then the 80 pads. I am skeptical if there are any real benefits.
At the same time you loose the ability to quickly see how much pads material you habe left before you need to replace.

The best shock will depend on use
Find a shock tuner you like and ask what shock they like to tune. Buy those and have them tune them to your rig and riding style.
Shocks are very dependent on driver and style.
