Wanted to get some insight about the market value of a 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser with 89,000 miles. This vehicle is equipped with locking diffs and two tone leather. Overall in great shape with some mods. as well. Arb bumper on the front and rear, winch and safari bucket on the roof. Oversized 33x15 tires and a 2 inch lift. I am thinking about buying this rig, but a little nervous about the price. Any thoughts?

The Bad...... The chrome on the rear hatch is bad and there's a few acorn dings on the hood that I didn't notice for two days ....the fact it's white makes them almost invisible

I started out hot and heavy looking for a 1995-1997 FZJ80. I even made some offers on a couple of them and drove there with money in hand, only to find out that there was some hidden issue with them. Needless to say it was disappointing. In the end, it wasn't meant to be.
Onward and Upward! I saw a local 100 for sale and I decided to check it out. Really, the 100 "fits" me better. I'm not really going to ever do serious off road stuff, as much as my middle-aged-fantasy-self thinks I will, I won't. 95% of the time this truck will haul my kid (hopefully it will be around long enough to haul my kids) to skiing, mt biking, beach and other trips. I'll haul stuff with it, tow toys with it and use it for fun.

'06 100 series, 96k miles, 90k service has NOT been done. I am the second owner. Recently relocated from NC to KC, MO. Slee lift (heavy springs), OME T-bars and shocks, Bump it off road rear bumper with dual swingouts, Bump it step sliders and diff drop. ARB front with Warn 9.5 (never used). Normal loaded equipment including Nav. DVD players in the headrests. Blue exterior, tan leather interior. 3rd row seats. Home made rear storage area. Nitto TG tires with about 8k miles on them (5).
Never wrecked, etc. The truck originally came with fender flares which I removed (and still have), so there are lines/marks where the flares were. One...

This has been my daily driver since 2009 and I'm driving a lot more than I used to so am moving to a Honda Pilot. :frown:
This truck is clean inside and out for it's age. It runs perfectly. I changed the transmission and differential fluids when I bought it 3 years ago. They should probably be done again although I've only put about 15,000 miles on it since then. I last changed the oil at about 122,000.

Have the need to add a family truckster to the household so will be selling the 470 and moving to a Tundra. This is an excellently maintained 2006 (102K and the 90K maintenance has been done including new water pump since we were there). No accidents and never offroad. Has nav system and Sirius XM. I'm tall enough not to need the running boards so I removed them (I like the more aggresive look) but have them stored in the basement and could have them back on in a flash. Upgraded to LED interior lighting but also kept the original bulbs if preferred. Let me know if you have an interest.
