I live in Mississippi and will be buying a 100 series within the next 2 weeks. I would love to see whats out there. I'm wanting an 03 or newer but will settle for others if its nice and has records. I've been looking as far as Tallahassee to Dallas to Nashville and I'm not quite satisfied. Stock is fine but if the mods are minor and miles and price is right I might bite. I meant to post in wanted.

Hey Guys, Not sure what I want to do but instead of putting money into this truck, thinking about buying a newer version instead. '99 LX 470 White/Ivory, 2nd owner since 2002. The current mileage is 210,000 and drives flawlessly. Pros: Mechanically great without any issues. Always serviced and have all the records. TB/WP/accessory belts/heater-T/transmission fluid/coolant and all that done about 3 years ago at 180,000 miles. Brakes replaced 15,000 miles ago. Always used premium gas and engine oil (Mobil-1 synthetic) religiously at 3-5000 miles. AHC fluid has also been serviced and works flawlessly Kentucky driven, always garaged and have absolute no rust. Cons: 10 years ago was in a little fender bender (have pictures on...
***SOLD*** LC100 in Kansas **Sale Pending**
I bought this LC a couple of years ago as a temporary vehicle and it's time to make the next step. She's been a dependable daily driver and I wouldn't hesitate to rig it up for a big trip. Asking $6000 Current miles: 184,000 The Good: Drivetrain is great. I haven't had any issues. I bought it at about 170k miles and had no records of timing belt service, so I changed it. Edited to add: I also changed the CV boots right after I bought it. Lesson learned - don't buy a vehicle after dark, you won't see the torn boots. The less than Good: She's not perfect. I have kids and they ride bikes and they run into things, so she's got some driveway scars. She also had the Gulf States fender flares which I removed, only to find they had...
Romer's 2004 UZJ100 fully built and ready to go!
2004 UZJ100 - 161XXX miles -- $27,000 SOLD I got my new 200 yesterday so its time to sell the 100 series I bought this truck in Arizona in June 2011 and drove it home. It has been awesome and never left me stranded, unable to conquer an obstacle or needed a lot of repairs. Every year I change the Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil and every other year I change the Difs and Tcase using Synth Gear oil. This is the perfect year with the backup Camera, Bluetooth, Seat Heaters, and most importantly the 5 speed transmission. The low gear in this setup rarely required braking when going down the trail ATRAC is awesome and in most cases takes the place of lockers. I do like lockers and had Slee install Front And Rear Lockers Here are the specs...

It is completely built out for overloading and expedition travel, it will get you though anything and everything in safety and amazing comfort and you will never be stranded. The cruiser has always been babied and never abused, always got the...
I'm trying to help a buddy find a 100 and came across this LX 470 on CL with only 62k miles for $19.9k: Used 2003 Lexus LX 470 for Sale in Longmont, CO 80501 Victory Motors of Colorado We went up to Longmont to check it out today, and we were a bit disappointed. Is far from perfect, but the right owner willing to put some work into it could have a really low mile truck. The high level stuff: seems like it was used to tow a lot from the scuffs around the hitch. Back bumper has damage on both corners, and front end looks like the owner loved to tailgate trucks dropping sand on the freeway. The paint isn't bad (maybe a respray) but the headlights aren't very clean. The driver rear AHC "spring" made a lot of squeaking noises while...
Hi all - I've decided to put my 2005 Lexus LX470 for sale. Asking $18.5K I acquired the vehicle in January of 2016 from the original owner. I believe the original owner first leased then bought the car after the original lease term ended. I recently bought another vehicle so the LX has to move on to a good home. Color: Blue Vapor Metallic Miles: Currently right under 84,000 miles Title: Clean and in hand (no liens) VIN: JTJHT00WX53553238 Photo Album: Lexus LX - Google Drive Maintenance: All original warranty work performed by Lexus of Brooklyn. When I bought the car, the original owner mentioned outside of warranty work, he took the vehicle to his independent mechanic. I cannot speak to the accuracy of this, but since buying...
This is somewhat of a "feeler" thread. Been holding onto spare parts from building my current land cruiser, and then.......changing things, and have the itch to build up another. Have been lurking various classifieds and second in line (or in one case, dragged my feet) on a few 100 series that were priced right and seemed to fit what I describe below. Not yet 100% committed to doing this, but the right land cruiser could sway my decision. Also have some feelers out on selling some of the spare parts that if sold, obviously would push me a different direction, as well. Looking for low mileage, non-nav 100 series in good condition and current on maintenance. Preferences are as follows: 1998 - 2001 year models (non nav) Mileage less...
2003 Lexus LX 470 (NC)
2003 Lexus LX470 for sale. 187,489 miles. It will increase slowly as I drive it to work. I bought this truck with the intention of building a nice overland Cruiser/daily driver. However I have not succeeded. I have the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from a family member that I have been pining after for sometime. So this project will have to be abandoned. The vehicle has been a North Carolina vehicle it's entire life. The first owner had the truck for the first 165k miles. Extremely thorough service at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Clean Carfax as well. All the features function as they should. With the exception of what is listed below. A/C is ice cold. Heat is hot. AHC raises and lowers. Nav system functions. -All major services...

I am fairly new to this crazy pursuit but am learning more every day. I test drove this one and in my novice opinion it shows very well. The owner, Victor is extremely nice and I told him I would share his ad here on Mud. Oil changes have been kept up with but there is no record of timing belt/water pump replacement and if done was likely 150k or more since. Body/paint, undercarriage and interior looked great to me. If Victor would have had a folder full of maintenance records I would have snatched this one up. Asking price is $11,500. I believe there is a little bit of room there but he is not going to give it away as local dealers have already offered over wholesale. I hope this link to the AutoTrader ad works. Thanks for...

I have a friend that is in the market for a 2000-2003 LC. In our searching we looked at this one and gave it a good test drive. I wanted to pass along for anybody in the market, this is a great deal! Very tight, good driving LX. Missing one center cap, and typical driveway dings on the bumper. The upgraded head unit is some type of "car play" fancy touch screen that is $500-$1000. TB done at around 120k if I remember right, sticker is under the hood. Anyway, we didn't care for the exterior or interior color, but for a person that liked it, this is an outstanding deal. I don't know the owner, but he was a nice guy; easy to talk to. I hope posting a craigslist link is ok. 2001 Lexus LX470 ( Toyota Land Cruiser)
* FS 99 Land cruiser with goodies in Salt Lake City*
I'm selling my 1999 100 series Land cruiser. I absolutely love this rig, but selling to get 4 other things I don't need haha.. It has 215k and will go up slowly as I use it as a daily driver right now. It has the rear diff lock and It runs and drives awesome. These 4.7 V8's are known to go well over 500k.. timing belt was done at 190k. The exterior is in great shape for being a 99. It has some scrapes and dings, and a little clear coat peeling on the pass top of the door, and the roof clear coat, but nothing major. No rust on exterior, and just some surface rust underneath. None on the frame.. I re painted the hood when I purchased it, and also wrapped half of the roof matte black. The tent was in the way, so I didn't wrap the whole...
