built 92 sami on toy axles, SOLD ok...i'll start the long list of details... its a 92, originally 2wd if it matters odometer reads under 90k, engine is out of a 93 with 75k on it, trans is original and works great, body has some trail dents on it and the tailgate is not straight, but i dont think there are any actual rust holes, it has jeep yj rear fender flares on all 4 corners -engine is a efi 1.3, has all new gaskets and seals, new timing belt, water pump, etc...runs great for a 1.3, fresh oil this week petroworks HD clutch, good interstate battery -tcase was just rebuilt with 6.5:1 gears, the gears are from trail gear, the rebuild kit came from trailtough which is all oem suzuki gaskets/seals/bearings -tcase has a custom...

Wanted Toyota 4x4 in North Texas for around $2k

I may be asking for too much with too little to offer, but it's worth a try. I'm out a vehicle, and looking for something cheep, so I don't have to share a car with the wife. I'd prefer another Toyota 4x4 (I've had three of them in the past - looking for the 4th), but I can only afford around $2k right now. My must haves are: A/C (it's too hot in the summer to not have it) Automatic (I can drive stick, but the joints don't like it too much any more) Daily Driver condition (I drive about 40 miles a day on freeway and/or city streets). The "check engine" light was on when I bought it, and I spent about $2000 fixing stuff to get it to quit, but it's still on. I don't know what the deal is there. It runs flipping great. For Sale 94 80 w lockers, needs work (HG?)

REVISED AGAIN:Looks like the 2 pix I added are gone, not enough membership points. 94 LC FJZ80 with lockers, leather and pretty much every option (gold package). I had HG replaced 3 years ago. I thought it was going again but on reevaluation appear not to be HG prob but poss to have an ignition and/or cooling sytem problem perhaps due to the front fender bash-in. There is no smoke and no crust on oilcap. Oil looks OK. 189K paved miles, never offroad. But the seldome used lockers are not engaging. No visible rust, several dings and recent front fender bash-in (a small Chevy was hurled into me (while I was sitting at a light) by an 86 Olds...the Chevy is totaled).
