Denver, 1968 FJ40, best-priced cruiser
Dropped price to $10,700. ----------------------------------------------------------- I feel like this is the best priced fj40 on the market for the upgrades and condition. Solid frame and body, relatively minor rust for an fj40, lots of leaks. Runs great, fires right up and drives "smoothly" (for a 40) with power steering and disc brakes. Most of the hard upgrades are done. Iconic cruiser for sale, you may recognize this 40. All work done by @alaska60, @uglyoinker, @J1000, and @cruiseroutfit The Good -2F (rebuilt by Kurt about 20 years ago, and probably 20,000 miles ago -Converted to 4-speed on the floor. 2F/H42/4spd T-case out of a 1976 -Power Steering, Toyota (this is SOOO nice!) -fj55 axles with disc brakes front and rear...

1960 FJ25
My late father used to go around the USA & collect these old cruisers. We live in South Africa & it’s not viable for us to bring it over. The farm that it’s standing on, is no longer willing to keep it there for us. I would love to keep it but it just doesn’t make sense. Attaching pics. It’s standing in Battle Ground, WA. I would appreciate if it could end up in someone’s hands who appreciate these beauts and make good use of it. As long as you can fetch it, it’s yours.
Eastern NC, 1981 BJ41
1981 BJ41, imported myself from Japan in 2022. Everything original except for hood (replaced due to rust), radiator(have original still), and rims/tires. Heater core was leaking so that's capped (new replacement on hand) and rear seats heater blower disconnected. Fires up great cold. Minor rust spots as seen in the typical areas, but minor for a 43yr old vehicle. Not in love with the vehicle, but not desperate to sell it. Just throwing it up in case someone is in the market. 196,000km (122k ish miles), located in Eastern NC. DM for more pics or questions. Starting out $35k OBO. If I'm way off on that price, feel free to help educate me.
Houston: 1981 Land Cruiser BJ40 For Sale. $18k
Selling my 1981 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40 (diesel). Engine was upgraded at some point to the 3B (slightly more power). Odometer was stuck at 311k kilometers when I purchased in March 2022 - unsure if accurate or not. It runs and drives, has current inspection, but definitely has some quirks and could use work. It's been a fun weekend/neighborhood cruiser and will still go 60-70 on the highway. A true head turner wherever I'm at. Asking $18k. Please see link for Facebook Marketplace listing.

1969, Utah. No affiliation
1969 fj40 5k. Not mine. JC "Picked this up a while ago with intentions of getting things repaired and drivable. Unfortunately other commitments have taken my time. A lot of original parts, including all seats besides the driver in great condition. Original 1F engine. The time I did spend we got the engine to crank but never fire. Believe it needs a distributor etc to get it going. Will roll on the 4 tires, can get it onto a trailer. Rust as you would expect for a 1969 FJ40 Would be a great project to get up and going, hate to see it go!"

Mostly Original 1976 FJ40 - ~85k miles showing - Austin TX
Up for sale is my 1976 FJ40. Purchased out of San Diego area a few years ago from the daughter of I think the second owner with the hope of making it my patina build project but between a toddler with another one on the way and no good dedicated garage space I’ve decided its time for it to move on hopefully to someone who will enjoy and use it. This 40 is mostly original and in good solid nearly rust free condition (exception of the rear tub on either above the tail lights as is typical). Paint is all original and would make a great patina build. Hardtop looks like it was modified some by the previous owner but does keep the interior dry. Has all original glass, gauges, jump seats. Includes skid plate, towbar, and an extra set of...
1967 FJ40 Patina Project Norcal
Hey mudders, Got this project threeish years ago and made some headway but just dont have the time to get it where it should be. I sourced it from the high desert in Nevada. It's a 1967 FJ40, orignal F engine and 3 on tree. Miles unknown but ODO currently says 81k. Runs, drives, sorta stops. This is still a project that needs trailered. I've driven it around the neighborhood but thats it. Great candidate for restoration. Runs good. Sourced a NOS original carb from Spain and got that on there. New plugs wires filters etc. I put a cheap paper element air filter on, the orignal oil bath filter is in my posession if you would like it. Brakes have a small leak on a hard line and the whole system needs a refresh Clutch master leaks slightly...

Cleveland, Ohio 1974 FJ40 with 2F
I am thinking that it might be time for me to go back to an 80 series so I am looking at selling my 40. $19500 or open to trades for 80 series. Basic info: Its a 1974 FJ40 that looks like it was dune beige originally but was later panted a green color. It comes with a beautiful black soft top and all the original bows and bars to install the soft top. There are two best top half vinyl doors and two full doors. The full doors need work but they are functional as is. I only use it as a three season vehicle so the full doors are only used every once in a while. I also have almost all the parts for a hard top including all the glass. The only big part that is missing is the roof. You can have those parts or not. As is, it is a fantastic...
Maine: 1966 FJ40
1966 FJ40 with a 1969 motor, original 1966 motor included. Second owner. Everything is original to the best of our knowledge. The vehicle is located in Maine. This vehicle has always been used for ranch work and hunting trips in Wyoming. This is a workhorse. Every scratch and dent has been earned. The body has surface rust but it is in otherwise very good shape. You will see that it took some pretty good hits but those are not flaky, rusty spots - they are solid bent or torn metal and are still solid today. Some history. I bought the vehicle from the original owner in 2005. He was retiring from his truck repair business. At the time, his sons said the mileage was original and today it has 84967 miles on it. The motor was replaced...
