Here are the pertinents: The stuff below is located in South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150, USA. I will post them as gone once they sell, so unless stated otherwise, they are still available. Clean titles on both. I have enough to get them both running, one would be minus a hard top, hard doors, fenders and some misc little stuff. The other would be complete with all of that.
The not so important part: I inherited one of these, and bought the other to complete the inherited one.... I now realize that my daily driver is enough of a project for me and I'd like to get these to someone who will enjoy them. I've been slowly addressing mechanical issues since purchasing this truck over a year ago and have decided that it's just not the right truck for my climate and intended use (humidity, road salt, rain, etc.). Original paint, very solid body. Original drivetrain, runs well. Manual steering.
In all, this is really an amazingly solid late-model truck with original paint. It would make for a great rolling restoration (which was my plan) or even the base for a very nice full restoration if desired.

$6,500. Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. For sale is my 1974 FJ40. Mileage is unknown, but has an F-engine from ~1970 and 3-speed transmission/transfer case. Compression was decent last I checked (160-163) in all cylinders except 1 (~135 in #5 if I recall correctly). It’s kind of a mash of different year models. Tub is definitely ‘75/’76 with drivers side tire carrier and later style b-pillars. I’ve also installed a FST Tailgate and converted to mini-truck power steering using georg’s (bill dorry) brackets. Alternator has been moved to passenger side. Weber 32/36. Installed new CCOT 4-core radiator.
Tons of extra parts included:

1963 FJ40 Land cruiser in this unrestored condition is truly hard to find. The 1963 is one of the earliest FJ40 models in the US. It even has the original hard to find top. If you want a different FJ40 from your friends than this is it. If you know someone with one, that's amazing.
I pressure washed the paint off in preparation to restore it. now It shows surface rust on the surface only. There is the typical rust on the rear lower door sill and inside only on the leading edge of the fender wells. The underside was undercoated and has no rust. I just don't have the time now. It starts and drives fine but needs the brakes serviced. Needs a muffler and some wiring. $5500 Firm

Gonna put my beloved 74 FJ40 up for sale.
Built October 1973 - not factory original.
Its got a completely desmogged 2F from '77 (I believe). Odometer reads just over 1,000. False reading--it had new gauges at that time, and when I bought it in 2008 the odometer had already flipped. All I know is I have driven this rig cross-country 3 times and never been stranded. The head has been off and got dipped and re-valved. New head gasket. Besides that, re-gasketing is all that has been done. Last test across all cylinders revealed 120 down the line. It enjoys 50mph in the right lane all day. :)
Rear tub is from a 1968 Arizona 40. Retrofitted a complete interior from a 1968 to include long jump seats and split front bench seat. No roll bar...
SOLD DLOS Friend of a friend had this in his barn for the last seven or eight years, sold the farm, so I grabbed it as a fun mini-project. March 1970 production date, shows 90K on the odometer. Got it running and driving but it needs a good going over to be roadworthy, no brakes, carb needs a rebuild, the usual. Vacuum shift 4WD works, good ole three on the tree too. OEM wiring harness is intact and some lights work, but taillights are out, again, the usual. Sill should be replaced, floorboard under tool box on driver's side needs attention but footwells on both sides are solid. Frame has surface rust only except rear channel behind the towball plate. It's usable as-is but shows heavy scaling and should be replaced. Corner...
I have a 1981 mercedes wagon turbo diesel that is in really good shape. It came out of Alabama so no rust. This is a pretty rare car and hard to find in this condition. I have too many projects right now and since my wheeling 40 is as nice and capable as it is I am going to sell this truck. Got it in a package deal with a bunch of parts, it's a very solid 1978 40 that came from Virginia. Ambulance doors are from another truck and are typically rusty at the bottom but are complete and fixable. Front doors have some rust at their bottoms, that's about the extent of rust problems on this truck. The rust on the rear sill is surface only. Much of the original paint still shows on this thing, I touched up with Krylon almond spray (a very close match) on areas where surface rust was showing.
