Asking prices for used Webers in Tucson are way overpriced.

If anyone has some time...Send me a PM.

(Doubt this person will be willing to hold till I can make a trip North).

Dude if you really want it, lets make a road trip this weekend. I'll go up there with you, just for the hell of it.

Could you bring the wheels up from 97 4runner? I'll be at the meeting Friday.

talk to Norm about smoking meat - he's all about it these days.

At the last meet he reminded me about plank cooking. The next night I cooked up some salmon fillets on water soaked cedar planks - Yowsa he was right ~ thats good eatin'!

Read about the plank cooking but never tried it, cool thing, my boss fishes BC every year and I end up with at least one freezer shelf loaded with salmon.

Any recipe?:)

Fennel, tarragon, celery seed, and a little butter. The butter caused some flash up so next time ill probably nix the runny butter and brush a very light coating of olive oil for moisture.

Looks new

Pretty much, guessing it was used for the 20th time cooking burgers for us tonight.

a tip: remove the brown sideline fat on the fish - even better taste

you won't need much in the way of spices, since the smoke flavors the meat

soak the plank in water for 30 minutes - then heat it up on the grill - spread some butter on it - put the slightly salted and peppered fish on the plank - cook, serve
