I got a set of Procar Elites a couple of years ago in gray canvas. They are supportive and comfortable for a long drive. They mount on the stock runners so both seats took all of 20 minutes to swap out.

Just installed volvo S40 (2005) seats in my 62. Drivers is powered, passanger is not. Super comfy for tall ppl, and got a ton more leg room (at expense of back seat). harvested factory brackets off factory rails and adapted them to the volvo rails without too much trouble. Im 6'4" and at the furthest back setting I cant fully push in the clutch.... Need to finish the wiring and clean up the sides bc the factory plastic cover was interfering with the side trim on the B pillar.

Seats that are pretty much bolt in are Subaru Impressa.....the set I have are manual.... not sure of the year....... pull the Subaru rails off and the bolt holes are 15.5" apart.. and thats you need for the OEM 60 rails to bolt on....
only down side is they are a bit tall..... Im 5' 10" and my head is 3" from headliner.... but nice easy swap without fab-ing

Do you have a pic of the install like that pic above of the Volvo seat. I find Volvo seats are pretty tight fitting and I'm not a big guy.

I'll drop these in here as I searched for seats for a long time before committing to some. Bestop Trailmax II Pro seats. They're $350 or less per seat depending on the options you select like fabric insert or not. I went with Spice color with the center fabric insert and they are PHENOMENAL and match the brown 60 interior really well. Two people have sat in it and immediately ordered a pair for their trucks also. I drove cross country in these seats including a 17-hour day and had no discomfort or back pain. Really happy with them!

Mounting these on the factory sliders required a piece of 3" wide flat stock as the holes of these seats are ~3/4" inset per side so a total of ~1.5" narrower mounting holes than factory.

Those are nice looking seat covers too, what are they?

I had BMW seats in my truck for a few years, very comfortable though a bit tall. I swapped them out as I needed to be able to fold my seats forward to access the rear. I found some seats from a Mini Cooper for a good price. I had made brackets for the older seats and by adjusting the hole locations I was able to bolt the new ones in fairly easily. They are heated(not connected yet), and about an inch lower. I’m pretty happy with them. The bolsters are a bit tall, but I use the step getting in and out.
