These days I am vastly slimmed down what I keep in my FJ62. Which is never trailered to the trail or events, and has only had to be trailered back home once or twice. 😁
One thing that has been the case is every trail ride I have ever gone on I have had to go into either my parts or supplies to help someone else, so I keep a few things that might be useful to others biut don't necesserily fit my own truck anymore.
This is also just off the top of my head, I'm sure theres a few small items I am forgetting
All of this fits in my left quarter panel with the execption of the rear axle shafts and rear DS which I store underneath the truck above the rock sliders

Front end parts:
-Locking hub assembly,
-pre-greased inner/out wheel bearing (and hub seal), these fit front or rear with my full-float,
-an inner axle seal or two,
-at least one complete set of steering knuckle studs/nuts/cone washers (I have broke these twice now).
I used to carry spare birfields but quit after I upgraded to RCVs many years ago. I have never needed since. I broke probably 7-8 stock birfields before I upgraded

Rear end parts:
Spare rear axle shafts for my FJ80 axle (I am probably going to stop carrying these as I have never needed them), (Note, if you really wheel with the stock FJ60 rear axle you will break a shaft as some point.)
I might still have a set of spider gears and a crosspin, I have ARB lockers now but someone else always has a lunchbox locker and pops a crosspin or the locker
-Complete Rear driveshaft assembly (I have a "trail" DS built from Schd 40 pipe , I swap out with my balanced "street DS" at the trailhead if it's going to be a serious trail), and I think I have a extra bare Ujoint or two as well

Misc. Parts:
-2 spare spark plug wires for my LS
-FJ80 fuel pump (can work in just about anything that has EFI)
- GM internal clutch slave (would be a pain to change away from a shop but at least would have the part)
-I think I still have the spare FJ60 clutch slave from my previous setup, that can be made to work on anything with a 1F/2F, good one to keep in the truck
-2-3 ft lengths of various hose, 5/16, 3/8. 5/8, could 6AN fittings and hose, some random 3/8 JIC hydraulic hose and field fittings in case I need to replace a hydroboost or ram assist hose
-2 18" Male/female Toyota-thread brake hoses, Wits End brake line plug
-Various wire in randon lengths /gauges, I always receommend at least two 10 ft lengths so you can wire something all the way to battery, plus assortment of generic connectors/ring terminals
-small box of bolts and hardware of various sizes, I make sure I always have a few that have fender washers and matching nuts so things can be bolted together

Fluids
1 gal gear oil, 1 gal of actual coolant, 12 oz brake fluid bottle, some sort of RTV sealant, dish soap, brake clean, paper towels, plus a handpump for the gear oil
