Thanks, I will do that when I get back on Sunday. I did rotate the clamp but I have not been able to do a real fit up as I have not trimmed my heat shield yet. I wasnt sure if there was a different pipe design between the earlier and later models but 93+ all seem to be the same. I did complete the 95+ heater hose already. It looks so much cleaner. I now need to replace my AC pump and service before mounting the york however. Its looking like I wont have this together for my trip in one week.

Thanks Scotia,

I was able to order everything online except the Filter from Wilkerson, which im going to pick up locally from their warehouse in Houston.

Looking forward to finally installing this mod.

Thanks both of you for the info and pics. I am back an hope to get this wrapped up in the next two to three weeks. I need to order a few things and have a 5 day trip to coyote flats starting thursday. :-)

I just started my installation of the York OBA system this weekend and ran into an issue that I hope someone can help with.

With the new water pump pulley/belts in place and the fan clutch in front of the pulley, I can't get any of the fan clutch nuts to grab on to the four studs. It seem like there's less stud length and therefore stud threading for the nuts to grab on to. Is the new pulley thicker than the OEM pulley? Has anybody else had this issue?

You just need to work the clutch on further, it will go, it's just tight. Loosen belts if need be.

When I did mine, I had to tap the pulley on to the shaft of the pump then I snugged each nut down evenly. About a quarter turn then move to the opposite nut, snug it down, move to adjacent nut and so on. This was done without the fan clutch in place. The hole on the pulley and pump shaft were a precise fit. Remove all nuts, install fan and torque to spec. After thats done then you can install the belts. Mine has been on for 1.2k miles and is fine. Good luck.

Great, thanks guys. I'll give that a try when I get home tonight.

last I knew....it was a limited run....I know of some that also want in...I am sure if a list of folks starts....another run may get made....It was the billet pulley which ate up most of the cost.

Finally getting around to installing my system. Here it is mocked up. I will make some heavier brackets and TIG the inlets and outlets to the flanges. Have you guys found any different sources for the flanges?

That separator looks a bit close to the exhaust....you may bake it. Moving it further down stream would allow the oil mist to "condense" a wee bit as well. Kirby or a pick and pull is about the only place for flanges. Could always swap comp heads and thread the ports internally for NPT fittings.

Sorry guys, not interested in making any more of these. Just don't have the time. Sourcing the belts/tensioners and getting those pulleys machined was kind of a pain. Lol

Anyone that wants to make these, feel free!
