Ok this is the FIRST kit. This is the Rear Air Tank Mounting kit. Here is everything it will be coming with. I need to figure out if I will ship it fully assembled or in pieces. I'm leaning assembled. Thoughts?

I'm a little confused. Will this kit have the manifold, filter, pressure switch, gauge etc? Or just the hoses and tank?

Right now this is just full tank installation. See above for whats included.

The next kit is the manifold, gauge, pressure switch, etc. which is this guy, but I'm still sourcing components because I don't want to stack adapters so its taking awhile to find the right stuff.

2. Add me to the list for a soup-to-nuts solution (except I plan to mount my tank under the driver using MetalTech's bracket for my sliders).

So on the MetalTech install you obviously won't need the bracket itself but the other stuff is still needed.

yah what about us canucks who dont want to pay for shipping on an air tank...... hahahahaha

I would also be interested in just the tank mounts....and of course which tank it works with.

Right now this is just for mounting the tank under the truck. But its everything needed. Nothing left to source.
Ok, I think I'm getting it now. Are you just doing the rear tank, or are you going to have one for under the driver's side? I'm wanting a ds tank mount and then your manifold kit.

On the next note. Don't forget to order me around as far as what tank to buy, who to buy it from and the same with any other parts i have to get on my own. I prefer not to do any thinking. That's why $350 sounds fine.

This!!!!

I'm a 2 bannana kind of job guy.

(Which somehow morphs into 2 vodka tonics if I can't figure something out).

So we talking $300+ for each kit? Or will the manifold kit be less?

Oh just this one. The manifold isn't that bad. It's all small, inexpensive pieces that just add up.
Ok, sounds good. Here's the hard question, how long till these are ready? Only reason I ask is I've got an event Oct 21 and i'd really like to have this installed and running by then.

I know that's not a lot of time but that's what I got to work with.

As a side note if this time table doesn't work for you do you think you could point me in the right direction for finding some of this stuff? I did a quick search and am either not to bright or these components are harder to source than one would expect.

As usual, many thanks.

I've already purchased far more than I should have so there is a LOT I can make available. The only thing I need to pull the trigger on is the tank bracket. For the manifold I'm just waiting for the quote on the manifold I'd like so that I can keep components to a minimum. I have most of the manifold components but definitely not all because it's taken me awhile to figure out/decide which way to go.

Here's the deal. I'm sure I might be able to save a few bucks putting this together myself but I honestly don't want to deal with it and if you put it together I know it will be quality.

If you can get this to me a few days before Oct 21st so I can get it installed you've got a confirmed buyer (as long as the price point stays relatively close).

Just let me know so I know how to proceed.

Again, thanks.

I'll work on the timeline. As for the components price I'm not trying to get rich of anything I'm making. I do get a discount by purchasing in bulk and I've already worked out those arrangements so there is some money I can make right there. As far as how I price things I'd like to think I'm competitive, the Scepter Water cans should show that and the OEM parts I carry I make literally pennies, PENNIES! But I started carrying that stuff because it helps folks out to be able save on shipping with other stuff and to KNOW what they are getting is correct because I'm so focused on the Land Cruiser and especially the 80 Series ;)

How is this on timing, only because you have an actual deadline I will arrange for you to have either my prototype or a prototype and if need be I'll swap it out for the production version assuming there is some change to it.

For what its worth on the rear mounting bracket, it currently is designed around the Viair 2.5 gallon air tank. I am likely going to modify the bracket to be also to mount an air compressor like the Zenith or Viair or Smittybilt crap. I'm also thinking about adding mounting holes for the ARB twin and a 1 gallon tank together.

This sounds more than generous. Count me in.

If you need any money up front let me know.

No not yet. I've already taken people's money on the Battery Disconnect Kit and I still haven't delivered those. As soon as I KNOW I have those squared away I will start taking orders on this stuff. I really don't want to start pissing people off :(
