What accessory is this? Is this legit Ram for Baofeng or something you cooked up?

Perfect for what I've been wanting! Not sure what I'll add for switches, but at least I have room for them. I still need to paint the baofeng holder and tighten the 3rd leg. I can't remember where I got it from but it looks just like the one @bryson posted. Then I bought 2 1" ram balls and this arm

The studs on the ball were a little long, so you may have to trim them. The arm helped to give it more positioning options and most importantly clear my cup holder
