I won't be bullied out of a thread just because a few folks don't like what I have to say, I wasn't the one who started throwing them out. It's bold of anyone here to assume what I know and don't know either so maybe take a look around.

What's bold is trying to drag another vender (Delta) through the mud for trying to do the right thing and bring these products back to market....

Oh you're a vicim now? The guy who has been mocking people for getting scammed is a victim now and is here to defend the honor of vendors. God bless your sweet little fragile heart.

I’m not defending anything, I give a perspective and it’s the fragile snowflakes here who can’t handle it and lash out throwing a tantrum. If I’ve mocked anyone it’s the assholes here who deserve it. If you don’t like it then go pound sand. Whole point of my comment was Delta isn't a charity and isn't going to make everything so the Turbo owners are the ones who will miss out the most.

Anyway, it's all dead now, I'll leave you all to keep circle jerking eachother. LMAO

As always Joe, your enlightened perspective is a breath of fresh air and a welcome addition to our circle jerk.

Misery loves company. I'll enjoy mine on the trail. Best of luck.

You cry about being bullied then call people fragile snowflakes.......yea alright killer. Nobody said Delta is supposed to be a charity no idea why you're trying to die on that hill, you were dumping on these guys long before Delta came up. They have every right to further their business I would do the same thing for my businesses, it's just don't claim BS for the "community" when really it's just about making money that's all anyone said which can't be argued with.

I don't even know what you're here for since you said multiple times you were leaving after running your mouth kicking guys while they're down and having the nerve to call them the assholes, are you just desperate for attention or something? Just a crappy person dumping on people? Trying to suck vendors off for free product? I'm not sure what your deal is or what you want defending companies over guys that got ripped off for their hard earned money.....all kinda weird.

"LMAO"

Y'all really do need Jesus or to touch grass/dirt, or something.

I've got a bunch of DeltaVS stuff on my diesel-swapped lx450 (LCAs, one of the very first 5-speed consoles, and the center console, panhard lift bracket, modular storage system, etc.) I have a few things from them (panhard lift bracket) on the kid's 97, supercharged fzj80.

I also never had a problem getting stuff from Wits End. I accept that some of you did. I did not, they always shipped, mostly on-time.

Delta stepped in, and some of you threw ****. It's not easy being a vendor, even when everything is "good" many suspect that you're charging more than you could.

It's also hard when you get burned by a vendor, and I accept some of you got burned. It sucks. I got burned by a vendor back in 2003, talked to that guy in front of his ***hole apartment in San Jose, after his two founding partners walked away, and worked with him to eventually get us paid back (on the order of $35,000.) I could have forced him into bankruptcy, but I was raised by small business owners, and saw it "up close and personal".

That guy is the largest owner of the Memphis Grizzles now.

Cool story bro, but that seems like a lot of words just to pat yourself on the back.

35k and a vender who will have a conversation with you is a far cry from 120k and vender whos hiding like a scared little girl and refuses to talk to anyone.
None of us WANTED to sue Joey, but there had to be accountability and that wasn't happening any other way.

I have no issues with Dave now that he made his relationship with His Joeyness clear, and I too have a pile of DVS on my 80 series
Yay for me.

But did you have a run in with the largest owner of the Memphis Grizzlies and not bankrupt him

So the two of you communicated and you got your money back. What would you have done if he refused to talk to you and kept your money?

Thanks for your acceptance mother goose? Sounds like you typed this out just to read your own words as none of that applies to the situation.....

I dunno, man. Point is, he did, and it wasn’t instant success, either.

Maybe I’d have filed a lawsuit, and I do have some subsequent experience, having won against AT&T and Lego in separate lawsuits (one trademark, one patent infringement, so both federal courts, with all of the associated expense.)

What I do know after all this and other experience is that lawfare means the lawyers get paid, and the litigants almost never get what they hoped for. It’s never like the ambulance chaser ads you see on tv.

"I haven't seen a dime. These things go on forever and forever. Never get involved in litigation. Your hair will fall out, your bones will turn to sand. And it will still be going on.”

"It was like throwing a rock through a window-but you wait for five years to hear the sound. Litigation is like picking up a glass of water with a prosthetic hand. It's very frustrating, and you'll never get it to your lips. But when you have to, you have to. If somebody burned your house down, you'd have to do something about it.

But brother how does any of that apply to this situation?

Yea guys need therapy because they're pissed they got ripped off, good god what a stupid take.
Did you read the post I responded too?? It had nothing to do with the people who lost money .It had everything to do with DVS and you guys jumping on Dave for continuing production of products most of us still want. And now will get when the order is placed. CAN YOU READ THE WORDS ON THE SCREEN ??? Now I must leave this fine thread for another 4 months My IQ dropped 40 points just from reading some of this far.
