Window motor wire question?

I’m assuming with my completely uneducated mind when it comes to things like this that the blue wires are power and white with black stripe is the ground?

Have spare motor I wanted to test out on a battery but apparently it wasn’t that easy.

Yes your assumption is correct. Post #9 in the rear window thread (sticky at top of forum) has the wiring diagram. Blue is up and Blue w/black stripe is down.
