Will 4.5" backspacing work on my truck?

I'm looking at some wheels here locally and I have 2 choices. I can either go with some nice all terrains on Aluminium Silver rims.. or go with a set of black steel wheels with mud terrain tires on for the same price..
I'm leaning more to the black setup with the paint scheme I'm going to go with but they have a 4.5" backspacing.. would it be ok to just space them out a touch? I couldn't find anything on the search tool.... seems like it can't find a dam thing at the moment..

Some picture of the 2 different setups I'm deciding on.. what setup would you go with? I liked the dark colour with silver rims... but the dark colour with black parts on looks killer to.

For the tires/wheels it depends, is this rig to be a daily driver, or almost strictly a weekend offroader? the reason I ask is because MT tires make for a very scary ride on wet, or icy roads, and if you're driving it every day it can wear on you.
Personally, I like the look of black rims, but then again, I've never felt that shiny metallic bits belong on a 40, it just makes them seem too... city

As for the wheelbase extension: it's done for greater overall stability, but not mandatory. those tires will make for a tight fit, but an SOA will be the least of what you'll need. However, since you'll have your axles dropped under the springs anyway, you might as well go for it and extend the wheelbase.
My $0.02

I like the black look. As far as back-spacing, I have chevy wheels, 15 x 8, with 4 1/2" back=spacing and 36 x 14.5 TSL's. I ended up installing 1 1/2" spacers on the rear, tires would rub the tub and the shackle bolts, especially when side-hilling. I have extended the wheelbase as well. nice cruiser, by the way !!

Howdy! Unless you are running Chevy axles, they won't fit. You will have interference with the brakes and tie rod ends. Most guys are running 3.75 - 3.5. John

what he said or with 1 - 1.5" wheel spacers

My wheelbase will be the same and I have at most a 2.5" lift with either the 32" or 33"
Maybe I can get the silver wheels painted a darker colour... I will look more into that..
The FJ will be more of an everyday vehicle... So I want the All Terrains..
